Artist in Wilderness is my latest risograph print, incorporating clay sculpture with hand drawn elements to reimagine Renaissance painting. I have been planning to make this print for a while, ever since I saw Bartolomeo Montagna’s Saint Jerome in the Desert a few years ago. I finally built my own grotto 🗿💭 by @hi__bred

Introducing the main characters from the new story I am working on—a sci-fi psychological thriller set in a landscape inspired by the great canyons of the Colorado River. I’m making test prints now to check my colors before I get too far in. In this month’s Studio Notes I’ll be writing about my approach to color, how it relates to printing, and how it’s changed over the years. by @hi__bred

I’m working on a new story that’s like sci fi, adventure, psychological thriller all in one. The main characters look like michelin men teletubbies 😈 Due out this year in a book project with @alexanderlaird I’m excited about this one 🥶 by @hi__bred
