Bombed my very first full power meet and honestly I’m still so beyond grateful for the experience and lessons learned. It’s been so fun training for this meet and I really feel like this is just the bittersweet beginning. Crazy to think even with my 1st attempt bench without jumping 10 lbs I would have placed no matter what… No medals this time but I did have a killer deadlift PR and honestly I can’t be she pulls plates without the continued momentum on deadlift… on that note. I’m exhausted. I’m grateful and so blessed. Thank you goodnight. by @hi_im_anesthesia

Frisco Campground, OBX

When we’re old and grey and my time has come I know that there will be so many snippets of the memories made here. A vivid panoramic display of the trips we’ve taken to our little slice of heaven. I love you like you like I love Frisco. Thanks for another year of marriage, another year together and another beachin’ good time. You are the wind in my sails @subjectzero710.

Almost three years ago I met Dustie and Tabitha at my own wedding for the very first time, which is crazy because we all had overlapping friendship groups in high-school. I don’t know why I didn’t know Tabitha before Isaac but I am grateful to have gained so many great friends a long the way. Happily ever after Tates! by @hi_im_anesthesia
