I feel fine yet not fine at all.
I feel the darkness but I can also feel the light.
I feel broken, yet whole.
I feel cold, but warm at the same time.
And I can’t help but wonder if it feels the same for the moon when she stands between the sun and earth.

In this time of reflection everything is intensified.
Both light and shadow are the dance of love.

Close your eyes and let the mind expand. Let no fear of death or darkness arrest it’s course. Allow the mind to merge, let it flow out upon the great curve of consciousness. Let it soar on the wings of the great bird of duration up to the very circle of eternity.

To the spirit we saw being taken away I hope your soul is resting at peace with your ancestors. 🕊️ taken in Eclipse Festival by @hi_l0o

May they always chase waterfalls, climb mountains, and believe the world is full of magic. The best souvenirs are muddy shoes, tired legs and beautiful memories together. ❤️ by @hi_l0o

Every challenge invites me to be someone my younger self would have felt safe with. I trust the woman I am becoming more than the fears that visit me along the way. I will continue to practice building the strength to not chase certainty but to become someone who creates it within themselves.
Trauma may explain the battles I carry but it does not get to decide the woman I become.

I hope anyone this reaches doesn’t feel alone.
Your stronger than you think you are ❤️ by @hi_l0o

Life moves fast, and sometimes we forget to pause long enough to hear ourselves again.

Collective Reset was created as a space to slow down, take a deep breath, and reconnect—with yourself and with others who are walking their own healing journey.

Join us for an evening of yoga, ice baths, sound healing, cacao, and meaningful connection in a welcoming, judgment-free environment. Whether you’re coming alone, with a friend, or looking to meet new people, you’ll be welcomed exactly as you are.

No experience needed. No expectations. Just an opportunity to reset, recharge, and remember what it feels like to be fully present.

Built from every version of me that refused to quit.

From the girl who doubted herself, to the woman learning how to trust her own voice.
Every heartbreak, setback, lesson and restart shaped me into someone softer, wiser, stronger and more authentic.
I’m confident because I kept rebuilding myself every time I wasn’t.
Go ahead and gas yourself up
You deserve it ❤️ by @hi_l0o

In the twilight of years, where dreams still sway,
A dancer’s spirit shines, come what may.
With every movement, her heart takes flight,
Whispers of freedom in the soft moonlight.

She twirls through the seasons, ageless and bold,
Stories of passion in each twirl unfold.
Let the rhythm of life be our guiding song,
For in the dance of the soul, we all belong.

Do you know why real love is rare?
Because it’s tested.
By distance.
By miscommunication.
By timing.
By life.
But if two souls still choose each other again and again dispite the chaos.. that’s not just love, that’s unbreakable. ❤️ by @hi_l0o
