The cover for “Parallel”, like most of my other tracks, was drawn by @tindalos1999. I always give super lame directions, and they come back with something much more exciting. Originally I considered a series of shadowy figures, each walking on an arrow that never intersects in a white void. It captured the idea of the song, but didn’t really get there in terms of the heavy metal vibe I like my covers to have.The song is about parallel lives, but @tindalos1999 saw this lyric about the centipede in the flood and applied that to the overall concept. So the final result is two centipedes walking opposites sides of a river of blood, each unaware in how their actions affect the other. To me this was a far more striking image than a couple of arrows, and I’m extremely happy with the final product.Parallel is out everywhere, give it a save so you can look at this cover in your music app of choice. by @hibernationtherapper

Being unable to connect.As we pass from birth to death we walk a straight line and focus on our own decisions.Our friends, neighbours, and families are walking this same line, coming close to ours for a moment before passing away once again.These lines never intersect, never truly come together.
