Happy Halloween! 🎃
Very happy to announce that the Fang Island box set, “Doesn’t Exist II: The Complete Recordings” is now up for preorder through @joyfulnoiserecs. It’s been a pleasure to work alongside the label and @jasonbartell and @pete_watts putting this all together and revisiting this music and project.
The set includes all of our releases including, for the first time on vinyl, Day of the Great Leap, Sky Gardens and Doesn’t Exist, the college winter session project that kicked off the band. The set also includes our final recording, “Star Quake”, on 7” and our collaboration with Joe Buzzell and @andrewwkmusic of Joe’s song “Patterns on the Wall” as the B-side, both originally very limited releases.
A big thank you to Karl, Jake, David and team at @joyfulnoiserecs for giving us this opportunity to revisit the catalog. Also a big shoutout to longtime collaborator @seffffffy and @machineswithmagnets for the remasters ❤️. by @hichrisgeorges

$My wife’s cousin was hospitalized while visiting the US from South Korea this weekend. Her liver and kidneys have failed and she has been in and out of consciousness since. She is in need of a liver transplant, but without US health insurance or citizenship, just the operation is only possible with the payment of $1.7 Million. We are trying to get her into an air ambulance to get her back home where the price will be a fraction of that, but in her current state the doctors say it is not possible for her to make the long trip.
