San Sebastián, located in northern Spain, is known for its seafood and has the highest density of Michelin-starred restaurants per square meter. But instead of flashy fine dining, Casa Cámara prioritizes one thing: the pure taste of the ingredients.

Founded in 1884, Casa Cámara has preserved its culinary philosophy for over 140 years, serving some of the finest traditional Basque seafood. Inside the dining room, the “natural nursery” is a striking feature— a detail that keeps your attention throughout the meal.

From our perspective, it was the best seafood we’ve had in Europe. If you appreciate honest flavors without unnecessary techniques, this place is a must-save.

Casa Camara is easily one of the freshest seafood spots in Europe where the ocean is quite literally your pantry!

If you go, don’t overthink it - order the grilled langoustines and lobster. Simple, smoky, and fresh.

Getting there by boat only adds to the charm. If you’re after something a bit different, this one’s well worth saving. taken in San Sebastian / Donostia by @hidden_layers__

What we love about London is how it constantly reinterprets cuisines from around the world—there’s always something that sparks curiosity.

This place was exactly that. Every dish felt creative yet well balanced. The small plates stood out the most—easily the highlight of the meal.

The space filled with artworks made it feel like dining in a gallery. Highly recommend for a date night or special occasion in London. taken in London, United Kingdom by @hidden_layers__
