I AM WOMAN

Through my lens, I witness the strength Black women carry — the kind built long before us and still rising today.
I see beauty that isn’t asked for, yet commands every room it enters.
I see softness that refuses to be mistaken for weakness, and power that exists even in stillness.

I see stories resting in her posture, in her eyes, in the way she stands fully in herself. I see history standing behind her.

She is presence.
She is depth.
She is resilience wrapped in grace.
She is art in motion, legacy still unfolding.

In her lives the echoes of those who came before, and the light for those who will come after.
