LET’S GO!!! 😤 I’ve waited so long to share this song with you all.

What we originally created as a contest submission for @getbenny has finally seen the light of day. With less than 24 hours to submit an entry I met up with my right hand man @djreadyrock at the studio and we got down to biz on making a song from scratch. He pulled two of the most obscure vinyls you’ve ever seen off his shelf (I believe one of them was an old Argentinian gospel record) and it was on and poppin! The vocal samples we used on the chorus are hiphop legends Big Daddy Kane and The Notorious B.I.G.

We spent 7 hours in the lab curating this venomous, gritty, intrepid, hard-hitting record with an East Coast style production that draws inspiration from the golden era of hiphop. These are some of my most clever lyrics I’ve written so far in my young career. I hope you take a chance to listen, dissect, and appreciate what we did.

Without further ado I give to you: “BOGART” by HiDef & DJ Ready Rock. AVAILABLE ON ALL STREAMING PLATFORMS! 🔥🔥🔥 by @hidef_official
