Hey you. Help this message find its way to whoever needs to hear it. I know I sure as hell did at some point in my life.

If you’re carrying more than anyone knows and just trying to keep together listen…

This piece is called Ve y diles, which means, “Go and tell them.” In Mexica tradition, the eagle is often seen as a messenger, carrying something greater than itself. That’s how I see this piece. A reminder being sent to whoever needs it.

Maybe this is your golden eagle.

Maybe this message found you because the eagle heard your mother’s whisper, your grandma’s prayer, your father’s cry, or the hopes of someone who loves you. Go and tell them they’re stronger than they think. Go and tell them not to give up. Go and tell them their life has value.

And if you’re reading this wondering who “them” is, it might be you. So take this as your reminder. Keep going. The world is better with you in it.

Hey 👋 you ready to dance??? Please help me spread that joy to someone who might need some!

You ever notice how kids dance like nobody’s watching?
No reason. No permission. They just hear the music and move.
Maybe that’s the secret.

People all over the world are cheering for their people. Some will cry some will dance, me, I’m gon’ be dancing either way. Whatever the outcome, celebrate the good, the bad, and the ugly. Do the same in life. Celebrate the Good, bad, the ugly.

When we become grateful for all of it, that’s when we truly find peace.

Hey you.

This might be for you. And if it’s not, maybe help it find the person who needs it by sharing this post. ** limited prints available link in bio.

A friend told me about the Aztec belief that hummingbirds carried the spirits of fallen warriors. Not warriors coming back to fight again, but returning to chase flowers and sunlight.

That part stayed with me.

After everything they carried, they still came back looking for something soft. Something bright. Something alive. So maybe this is your reminder too. You’ve been through a lot, but you don’t have to live like you’re still in battle.

There is still joy to find. There is still light to follow. There is still beauty waiting for you. And maybe, little by little, your soul can choose that too.

LIMITED PRINTS AVAILABLE NOW. Link in bio

My pops used to sing a song about the 100 sheep. One went missing and the Shepard left 99 to go find that one. Funny how shit like this hits you later in life. I know what it’s supposed to mean, but hear me out.

Maybe the one wasn’t lost. Maybe it was just different from the other 99. And there’s nothing wrong with that.

To anyone who’s ever felt like the odd one out, remember you’re loved. Be yourself. Let people think what they want and say what they will.

You don’t have to be like the other 99 to be worthy of love.

Happy day, I’m just gonna sit here and eat this Gansito. Truly haven’t felt this happy in a really long time. 19 years doing this. Crazy to even say that.

When you’ve been doing something for that long, it becomes part of who you are. So when the fire starts going out, it scares the shit out of you. This year, my fire almost went out. Extremely toxic environment, too much noise, too much bullshit. Then life changed. Quickly I was reminded about all of you amazing people who were always in my corner. The texts came in. The phones started ringing. Doors opened. People made room for me at their tables. New people welcomed me with open arms.

And it reminded me what all those years were really building.

Not awards. Not titles. Not applause. Not some fucking LinkedIn post telling everyone how successful you are (trust me people can sniff out the bullshit)

People.

The ones you helped when you didn’t have to. The ones you showed up for. The relationships you built without keeping score. If you’ve been at something for years and you’re tired, questioning it, or wondering if you still have it in you, keep going. Sometimes the fire isn’t gone. Sometimes you just need to remember who you were before the noise got so loud.

Do good. Be good. Expect nothing in return.

Hey you. A simple but mighty message ahead. If you don’t mind, would you help me share this??

BE THE LIGHT. Just be the light when you can. That’s it.

And shit, sometimes being the light just means being the one with the lighter when somebody needs to light their cig. It doesn’t always have to be some deep profound thing. Just be good to people.

We could all use a little more of that. Hope you have a happy week ahead.

“God is god”

If this means something to you, please share it 🙏

I’m not a super religious person. I don’t know that I believe the divine is a person, a being, or something we’re even capable of fully understanding. I just believe there is something greater than us. Something good.

Lately, I’ve been learning about the sacrificial lamb. Something innocent, offered in the name of forgiveness, grace, and a new beginning And maybe that’s what stayed with me. Not the suffering, but what came after it.

Grace.

The idea that even after something is lost, goodness can still grow in its place. That an ending can still become something sacred. “God” means a lot of things to a lot of people and that is ok. I don’t know exactly what God is. Maybe none of us do.

But I believe in love. I believe in grace. I believe there is something divine in both.

God is God.

Hello 👋 I don’t know who needs to hear this, but brother, sister… it’s time to let go. Will you please help share this message?

This piece isn’t finished. But neither are you and I. We’re works in progress. A little messy, a little rough around the edges, still figuring shit out as we go. Maybe that’s the whole story here. Stop clenching your fists around everything you can’t control. You don’t have to carry every grudge, or every wrong done to you. Let it go.

Just Keep your heart good. Keep moving forward. What you put into this world has a funny way of finding its way back to you. So live in a way that lets you sleep at night. Let life handle the rest.

Hey 👋 If your mother gave everything so you could have a better tomorrow, keep her story alive. Help me celebrate all their beautiful stories - Share, repost, send 🙏

By now you’ve probably seen that one man asking “what is Latina power” like it was something horrible and inappropriate, even calling the merch paraphernalia at the @smithsonian . My algorithm caught it and it actually made me proud to see everyone’s responses. This is what it means to me.
Latina power is a mom cleaning offices before the sun is up, someone else’s house by noon, and still being the glue that keeps her own home in order when the day is done.
It is women who use what they know best to provide. Assembly lines of tamales at the kitchen table to buy something for their kids. Tortillas pressed by hand. Home cooked everything turned into rent money, school shoes, a full backpack, a chance.
It is the mother who left her country with fear in her chest and courage in her footsteps, who took the jobs nobody else wanted, who swallowed disrespect and kept her dignity anyway because her children’s future was bigger than her pride.
She is resilient, brave, iconic, dignified, wise, powerful.

A warrior in an apron, a queen without a throne, a hero who never made the headlines but shaped entire generations.
This piece is for every mom who was treated like background while she carried the whole story, for every woman who mopped floors while her children learned to dream.

If your mother is no longer here, but her sacrifice still echoes in the way you live, let this painting be a small way of saying what words never fully can. I see you, I remember you, and everything I am is because of you.

Hey. 👋 In case you’re feeling like no one’s in your corner, I’m rooting for you. Scroll, proclaim it, then please share it with someone. 🙏

I hope August is good to you. I hope the things you’ve been praying for, working toward, dreaming about, or quietly hoping for finally start to fall into place. May the negativity fade away, may your heart be filled with peace, your life with love, and may you be protected from any evil that may be formed against you.

Hay viene lo bueno.

“A chingarle Mijo, We got dreams to chase”

Hey you, this one’s for everyone putting food on the table with their hands today. If this reminds you of anything help me share it.

I saw an older gentleman at the gas station today. Him and his crew were taking a breather after working in the heat all day. It was hotter than hell outside.

“¿Listo pal jale, mijo?” “Simón.”
“We got dreams to chase”

He smiled, like the heat wasn’t winning.
It reminded me of my pops and all of the sacrifices he made to give me a better tomorrow. Then it made me think about all the men out there hauling fruit in the fields, carrying bundles of shingles up and down ladders, laying bricks, pouring concrete, digging ditches. The kind of work that leaves your clothes soaked through before breakfast.

The work is hard. The sun doesn’t care. But somehow, a lot of them still find a reason to smile.
