End of an era…

7.5 years at this beautiful property. The most amazing work experiences, cooking with the best in the world. Too many good times to count, too many hard times to care, but all worth it working side by side with each and every one of you. Thank you @djgnocchi and @ari.rosenson for taking a chance on me all those years ago. Chef @wolfgangpuck for always pushing me to be better every day and to do the simple things right. @hugoalejandrobolanos for my continued growth to who I have become today. This kitchen will forever hold a place in my heart and soul.

Thank you to all the chefs before me and during, for this adventure at Hotel Bel Air.
We made a difference, we pushed for something greater than ourselves. Now the next chapter begins, the next challenge.

And thank you to my beautiful wife @victoria.kiing for all the support throughout it all ❤️❤️❤️ taken in Wolfgang Puck at Hotel Bel-Air by @hideyospoonsmcvay
