✨🍵 NEW EPISODE IS LIVE! 🍵✨

Sometimes the conversations we need most are the ones that are uncomfortable to have.

On this episode of High Tea Podcast, we’re talking about motherhood, mental health, accountability, and what it really means to protect our children while navigating our own struggles. 💚

As a mother of two, I’m sharing my perspective on what it means to keep showing up for your children—even when life is difficult, overwhelming, and far from perfect.

Because being a good mother doesn’t mean you’re never struggling. It means you’re willing to recognize when you need help, take accountability, grow, and continue doing everything you can to give your children the love and safety they deserve. 🫶🏽

This episode is raw, honest, and coming straight from the heart.

💚 High Tea Podcast
🍵 Real conversations. Real experiences. Real tea. by @high_tea_pod

I’m going to say something because I keep seeing people defend Lancey Casey’s actions by saying, “But she was experiencing psychosis.”

I understand that psychosis is REAL. It can affect someone’s perception, judgment, behavior, and decision-making. I’m not denying that at all.

But let’s be honest about something: psychosis doesn’t automatically erase accountability or mean someone is incapable of making every decision.

And this is where I’m genuinely confused. 😭

If she’s telling us herself that she was “crazy,” completely out of control, and not in her right mind, then how are we supposed to understand the moments where she was still capable of making certain deliberate, intimate decisions?

To be clear, I’m NOT saying someone experiencing psychosis can’t have sex. Of course they can. Psychosis doesn’t automatically mean someone loses the ability to consent or make decisions.

My point is consistency.

You can’t use psychosis to explain away everything that happened while only treating someone as fully aware when it supports your argument.

Two things can be true at once: you can have compassion for someone experiencing serious mental illness AND still believe that harmful actions require accountability.

Mental illness deserves compassion. Victims deserve compassion. Children deserve protection.

And accountability still matters. by @high_tea_pod

These little lives we bring into this world deserve our protection, our patience, our love, and our advocacy.

So please come listen to my NEW PODCAST. 🎙️🤍

I’m sharing my perspective as a mother, talking honestly about postpartum depression, motherhood, the conversations surrounding mothers who hurt their children, and why I believe we need to stop normalizing or romanticizing these tragedies.

If you’ve been struggling, this conversation is for you.
If you’ve felt alone, this conversation is for you.
If you’ve ever hated yourself after becoming a mother, this conversation is for you.

You are not a monster for needing help.

You are a mother who deserves help before the pain becomes something irreversible. 🤍

And to every mother reading this: please keep going. Ask for help. Speak up. Let somebody in. Your children need you, and you deserve to be here for them—and for yourself. 🫶🏼

🎙️ New episode coming soon. Come listen. You are NOT alone. #postpartum #mothers #motherhood #podcast by @high_tea_pod

To every mother who has ever felt like she was drowning after having a baby… this is for you. 🤍
I want to talk about something that has been weighing heavily on my heart.
I know what it feels like to go through postpartum depression. I know what it feels like to look at yourself and not recognize the woman staring back at you. To feel overwhelmed, exhausted, emotional, angry, disconnected, guilty, and like somehow you are failing at something you were supposed to be naturally good at.
I know what it feels like to hate yourself.
But I also know that those feelings can pass. You can get help. You can talk. You can cry. You can admit that motherhood is harder than you ever imagined. You can say, “I am not okay.” And saying that does not make you a bad mother.
It makes you human.
And that is why I feel so strongly about this conversation.
We cannot keep using postpartum struggles as a reason to justify children being hurt. We can have compassion for a mother who is suffering while still having compassion for the innocent children who depend completely on her.
Two things can be true at once:
A mother can be suffering terribly.
And a child still deserves to be protected.
If you are a mother listening to this and you’ve ever had thoughts that scared you, felt like you were losing control, or felt like you couldn’t handle another minute—please don’t suffer alone. Put the baby somewhere safe, step away if you can, call someone you trust, and get professional help immediately. There is no shame in saying you need help. And if you’re a mother who is simply exhausted, depressed, crying all the time, feeling disconnected from yourself, or wondering “Why don’t I feel like myself anymore?” — you deserve help too. You don’t have to wait until you’re at your breaking point.
I don’t want another woman to believe that hurting herself or hurting her children is the only way out.You are not alone. Your feelings do not have to define you. Your darkest moment does not have to become your ending.
Motherhood can be messy. It can be painful. It can change you in ways you never expected. But there is also so much beauty in it. Make sure to listen @high_tea_pod by @high_tea_pod

🚨 What if the world isn’t exactly as we’ve been told?

This week on High Tea Podcast, we’re diving into some of the internet’s biggest conspiracy theories and asking why so many people believe them.

❄️ What’s really beyond the Antarctic ice? Why are certain areas so restricted, and what fuels the rumors about hidden entrances, underground cities, or alleged World War II-era Nazi facilities beneath the ice?

🌎 Could there be a utopian society—a hidden civilization where advanced technology, unlimited resources, and peace exist far from the rest of the world? Some online theories claim powerful people know about it, while others argue it’s nothing more than modern mythology. We’ll explore where these ideas came from and why they’ve captured so many imaginations.

🎥 We’ll also unpack the internet rumors surrounding Oliver Tree’s Antarctica vlog and why it sparked so much speculation online, along with theories about UFOs, secret government projects, and whether there are places the public simply isn’t allowed to see.

We’re not here to tell you what to believe—we’re here to explore the stories, the evidence people point to, and the questions that keep these theories alive.

☕ Pour yourself a cup of tea, keep an open mind, and join the conversation.

What’s the one conspiracy theory that you think deserves a closer look? 👀👇 by @high_tea_pod
