Yesterday on Sunday September 15th my sweet little potato girl crossed the rainbow bridge. Letting go has been extremely difficult and I miss her so freaking much. Kaya was my first dog and she truly was the best. She had the biggest personality and loved our family and friends so much. During my pregnancy and depression, she was my little shadow and helped me stay strong. I always brought her on roadtrips and to dispensaries which she loved, and everyone loved seeing her. She also loved Caysen immensely and watching them grow together was a beautiful experience. Over the past few weeks her health drastically declined so it was in her best interest to let her go peacefully. These past 7 years with Kaya have been some of the best, and I will always remember how much love, joy and happiness she brought to my home and family. I will miss her forever and know there will never be another Kaya Bean. Rest easy my sweet girl. I love you forever 🩵🌈🐾 by @highasamother__

Grateful for everything I’m accomplishing.. so naturally I had to capture this moment in my life. I’m so proud of all my hard work and time spent learning to become a better version of myself. Pilates and yoga have been the biggest blessing. xx ♥️

Magical weekend of gorgeous summer sunsets, euphoric music, a soothing sound bath and time with my favorite people in my favorite city ✨

One of my first times seeing @rufusdusol was at the Shrine Expo Hall in LA back in 2018, so seeing them at Petco Park last week was such a surreal experience.

Dancing freely and completely immersed in the sounds and lost in the present moment. I was glowing with happiness and love 💗 grateful for moments like these taken in San Diego, California by @highasamother__

New chapter of life includes…
✨ New hair
🐈 New kitten
🩰 And officially in my Pilates teacher era as I dive deeper into anatomy, movement, and both reformer & mat training.

Having short hair again has felt so refreshing. Change is always happening, and I’m fully embracing it.

And after two years without a pet, the first time in my adult life, I finally felt ready to grow my little family again. Meet Juni (Juniper), my wild little Taurus baby. She made herself at home the moment she walked through the door, and we are already completely in love.

My heart is overflowing with love and gratitude. My ladies, my yogi tribe, my heart and soul. Today was my last day of practice forum at @rayogastudios which was bittersweet, as this experience has been a dream come true. Teaching at the yoga studio that positively impacted my life in such beautiful ways. To be surrounded by these ladies for my last class was such a rewarding experience. Forever grateful, loved, blessed and cherishing these moments.
