More than excited to get on the road with our friends @greenleafband and @howlinggiant Official tour post below:

More than twenty-five years since their inception, Scandinavian heavy rock legends GREENLEAF will be coming to North America for their first-ever live shows in the USA and Canada. This exciting road trip will be kicked off with a headline show at the inaugural Magnetic Eye Records label showcase at this year’s Ripplefest Texas. This will be followed by nearly two weeks across the continent with the support of their label mates HOWLING GIANT and HIGH DESERT QUEEN. The Nordic foursome are ready to give longtime fans their own take on desert grooves and stoner riffs, and everything they’ve been waiting for from this legendary live outfit.

GREENLEAF comment: “It’s been a long time but finally the wait is over”, guitarist and band founder Tommi Holappa declares. “We are beyond excited to go on tour in the very country that gave us our childhood heroes: Snake Plissken, John Rambo, Paul Kersey, Major Alan Schaefer, and many more. Come out and join us on our first ever tour in the USA and Canada!”

GREENLEAF will be touring North America in support of the latest album “The Head & The Habit”, which hit stores first on June 21, 2024.

Some bands arrive with noise. Others seem to rise out of the horizon like heat shimmering across the desert floor. High Desert Queen has that kind of presence.

Formed in Austin, Texas, the band has become one of the strongest names in today’s heavy rock underground. Their debut full-length Secrets of the Black Moon turned heads with its massive riffs, soaring vocals, and songs that carried as much feeling as weight. They followed it with Palm Reader, a record that pushed their sound even further while keeping the heart of the band intact. Along the way they’ve shared stages with artists across the heavy rock and stoner scene, building a reputation one show at a time.

If you’ve seen High Desert Queen live, you already know. The songs grow larger once they leave the studio. There’s a quiet confidence to what they do. Nothing feels forced. The room settles into the groove and before long everyone is moving with it. It’s the kind of performance that stays with you long after the last note fades into the night.

The desert has always had a way of drawing together wandering souls. This March, another path leads to Mojave Experience.

Tour has been over for a week now and we are still in a high from all the amazing friends and new people we met on tour. What makes touring so special for us is the people we get to meet a long the way and share an experience together that would have never happened had it not been for music. We will never take these moments for granted no matter the circumstances! We love all of you and we can’t wait to see you again soon!

COLOGNE! What a hot and sweaty good time it was last night at @garagen.club Felt amazing to see people travel from all over to see us, plus we got the chance to meet many new faces! We are so lucky to meet so many amazing people just because of our music. Thanks so much for coming and rocking out with us!
