A new collection of original watercolors arrives tomorrow.

These works have become a smaller, more intimate extension of my painting practice 🤍 Each one created intuitively through layers of pigment and water.

Every watercolor is an original, one-of-one work, signed by hand and available framed or unframed.

Pair of linen prints for the new @marikaolsoninteriors office 🤍 Many of the works in my new print collection were created to coordinate naturally, making it easy to pair multiple pieces on larger walls while still offering enough variation to feel collected rather than like a traditional diptych. taken in Newport Beach, California by @highdesertstudio

An evening of art in Laguna Beach ♡

Join me and fellow artist Lorraine Pennington for an evening of art at Woods Cove Inn on Saturday, September 19th.

Our work has both found a home throughout the hotel, with my paintings in the guest rooms and Lorraine’s work in the lobby. For one evening, we’ll be taking over the terrace with a collection of original works available to shop in person.

Come browse the art, sip something on the terrace, and spend an early evening with us by the coast.

Saturday, September 19th · 4–6pm
Woods Cove Inn · Laguna Beach

Comment “RSVP” below and we’ll send you the event link ♡ taken in Laguna Beach, California by @highdesertstudio

A few rare variations of the Pocket Paintings are finding their way into the next collection. Woven stripes, visible stitches, and paint come together making no two pieces quite alike 🤍 by @highdesertstudio
