Your best specialist might already work here.

On another project. At another location. Assigned to something less urgent.

We promised Gen Z that education would open doors.

Then we asked for experience they hadn’t been given the chance to build. We celebrated innovation while career security became harder to find.

Every position is filled. Why is the work still stuck?

The missing piece could be a skill, a decision-maker or someone who understands the handoff.

An org chart won’t tell you which.

The schedule says “mobilize.” The team says “with whom?”

Before adding people, check which skills the next phase actually needs—and when those people must be ready.
