It was dark by the time we rode our motorcycles up a gravel road to this little stay at Sacred Pines in Arkansas. The next morning we were surrounded by trees and wildlife, enjoying some fresh coffee on the porch. @sacredpines.ar taken in Quachita National Forest by @highflyingbean

I’m 45 today, what a year it’s been! It’s been a year of incredible personal growth. Mentally, spiritually as well as physically. In that year, I realize how much more growing I have yet to do… but I feel like I’m on the right path. Growth is often painful, frustratingly slow, and misunderstood. I’m thankful for those in my life who support me, love me, pray for me and encourage me. I’m excited to continue to develop into a better friend, father, husband and man. by @highflyingbean
