We were driving through St. Lucia when we randomly pulled over at this tiny little roadside bar… and LOOK at this view.

She made our drinks right there, and this ended up being one of those little stops you remember more than the places you actually planned.

So if you’re ever driving through St. Lucia and see a little local spot on the side of the road… PULL OVER. Support the locals. You might just find a hidden gem like this. 🇱🇨🍹#howh1gh #vacation #vacationmode #stlucia #carribbean taken in St Lucia, East Caribbean by @highlife_priority

Zailey had a big night. She got her 1,000 kills and she broke the record at Rockwall High School for the lost total kills. Proud of her @zaileyhigh @risdathletics #zaileyhigh #howh1gh #volleyball #highschoolvolleyball #senior @mhigh_3 by @highlife_priority

45 looked a little different than I expected… and I wouldn’t have changed a thing. 🥹❤️

I was completely surprised by my husband with the people I love most, and it’s a birthday I’ll never forget. Feeling incredibly grateful for every hug, every laugh, every memory, and everyone who took the time to celebrate with me.

Here’s to 45—embracing every chapter, making more memories, and appreciating just how beautiful life can be. Thank you to everyone who made me feel so loved. 🤍✨

There are moments as a sports parent that you know you’ll never forget.

This is @zaileyhigh last Indoor Nationals before beginning her next chapter as a Division I beach volleyball player at Cal Poly.

She’s been playing indoor volleyball since she was 9 years old, and watching this chapter come to a close is something I wasn’t quite prepared for.

So this isn’t just a highlight video.

It’s a thank you.

To every coach, teammate, family member, and friend who has been part of this journey… thank you for helping shape the incredible young woman she has become.

Now it’s time for the next adventure. ❤️

We accidentally proved these insoles were actually making a difference…

Zailey had been dealing with knee pain and shin pain, so we decided to try VKTRY insoles. After wearing them for a while, she was feeling so much better that we honestly stopped thinking about them.

Then she lost the shoes that had the insoles inside.

We bought the exact same shoes again… but didn’t replace the insoles.

Within days, her knee pain and shin pain came back.

That’s when we realized it wasn’t the shoes… it was the insoles.

This is just our family’s experience, but I love sharing products that have genuinely helped our athletes.

🏐 Has your athlete ever had one product that made a bigger difference than you expected?
