✨️Giveaway!✨️
CLOSED

I love doing giveaways around the holiday season, and since I just created my art account I figured why not try to reach more art lovers by doing a commision giveaway!!!

So, without further ado...

HOW TO ENTER:
❄️ Like this post
❄️ Follow @highlightedpagesart AND @thehighlightedpages
❄️ Comment who/what you would like commisioned and tell me a little bit about that character
❄️ Repost or share to your stories your favorite peice of art I've done so far (You can use this post)

Extra entries: Every time you add a peice of my art to your stories from either account @thehighlightedpagesart or @thehighlightedpages it will count as 1 more entry for you until Christmas Eve

And that's it!

A winner will be selected on Christmas Eve🎄
Make sure you follow all the rules (I will be double checking, and keeping track of stories)

What this commision entails: One character, half body, with a simple background similar to the character in the last slide

❕️Although I am posting this on both accounts there will still only be one winner🏆❕️

So excited to hear about your ideas!

Hi, my name is Jessica, and I am a writer and artist. I know that as a writer, something we all dream of is someday publishing our book, and having beautiful peices created from inspiration as others interpret our words with their brushes.
I recently decided that I want to try my hand at holding that brush. So where better to start than creating a peice for one of my own characters?
As I am still a far way off from publishing or even considering having others read my book (if ever, lol) I will not give any further details about this character, though I am sure a few of you already know, or have your guesses🤭
This peice really made me feel like that dream could be a reality and it honestly has helped me want to keep writing too.

With that being said, my hope with this account is to reach new and even aspiring authors so I can help them envision the stories they are cultivating.
However, please be patient with me as so far every art peice I've created has been vastly different😅 I'm still trying to establish a signature style.

My overall dream with this is just to further my art skills. I would love to get back into painting, but for now, being a toddler mama in a small house, that hope will have to be placed on the back burner for a time. Until then, I will continue sketching and uploading those sketches into the art corner of my phone to create peices like this.

Key words: character art, art, book art, drawing, bookish things, bookstagram, aspiring author, new author, writer, dreamer, WIP, character design, book design
