Q4 feels less like a reset and more like a return.

I’ve been working. Traveling. Planning a wedding. Growing tomatoes, zucchini, herbs, greens — learning what survives, what needs more attention, and what somehow figures itself out when I stop hovering over it.

And somewhere in all of that, I realized I don’t need some dramatic reinvention for the last quarter of the year.

I just want to come back to the things that make me feel the most like me.

The garden. Plant medicine. Curiosity. Creating because I actually have something to say. Making room to be a beginner, get my hands dirty, learn something new, and share what I’m learning along the way.

So yeah… we’re back outside.

This is probably the most honest representation of my microdosing routine I’ve ever shared. I’ve talked about microdosing for years, but I realized I’ve never actually shown you what it looks like in my everyday life.

No trippy montage. 😂 It’s not dramatic.

It’s a little infused honey, a few deep breaths, a puff or two, and then I go to work. For me, it’s never been about escaping life. It’s about creating enough space to show up for it.
