Just did a much needed inventory of our merch, and updated our Bandcamp. Despite our fall the site will remain open. The link in our bio. Updated all the stock on each item, and also added Red and White vinyl of Warrior Queen. Very limited quantities. “It is with a heavy heart that I announce the end of High n’ Heavy. As I write this it’s even harder than I thought. Many personal reasons have gone into this decision, but have been met with understanding/support from my fellow bandmates. I’d like to say how proud I am for the time spent, the friends made, and the music created. I’d truly like to thank my bandmates for taking this journey with me. I’d also like to thank, on behalf of all members, any artists who have reached out/worked with us, all the bands we’ve played with, all the friends we’ve made through this crazy endeavor, and all the fans that have shared their love of our creations. A huge thank you to @electricvalleyrecords and Marco for being incredibly supportive the last five years. We couldn’t have been part of a better family than EVR. We love all the bands involved, and wish them success. Though we call it the end, who knows? Maybe down the road the fires will be reignited. For now we go to the west. Our socials will remain up for anyone who wants to reach out, and our bandcamp will remain up with all the merch we still have left. We will also keep news going here on what the members are up to i.e. other projects. Thank you all again for the love and support the last decade. Maybe we’ll see you down the road.” - John Steele. #highnheavy #heavyrock #heavymusic #heavymetal #rocknroll #rock #wizardrock #stonerrock #stonermetal by @highnheavy

Guys. Yesterday marked TEN YEARS since the inception of what would become High n’ Heavy. With no name, and just the seeds of ideas, we got together to jam. It became so much more than we probably thought. Truly a wild ride. Thank you to every single one of you that was there for us. We love you all. #highnheavy #heavyrock #heavymusic #heavymetal #rocknroll #rock #wizardrock #stonerrock #stonermetal by @highnheavy

5 years ago today we were in Montclair, New Jersey. Played the Meat Locker. It was so fucking hot that day, but so much fun. #highnheavy #heavyrock #heavymusic #heavymetal #rocknroll #rock #wizardrock #stonerrock #stonermetal by @highnheavy

STORY TIME: “this video was just sent to our singer. In 2016 we were offered to play a Battle of the Bands. The idea of playing one was really weird, so I wrote a song about it. About how through our rock we would destroy everyone. This song became Battle which you can hear on our album Born Out of Rock. Here we are playing it at the BOTB. It was the last one we played because when we saw one band saying hello to, and hugging, the judges we knew they’d win. Which was fine. We did as we said we would, and we destroyed everyone.” - John. #highnheavy #heavyrock #heavymusic #heavymetal #rocknroll #rock #wizardrock #stonerrock #stonermetal #weedian by @highnheavy

5 years ago TODAY we released our fourth album Warrior Queen! It was our first for @electricvalleyrecords and it was a lot of people’s introduction to us. We are incredibly proud of this album. Go give it a listen today. We still have copies of the red and white represses (swipe for the picture). Link in our bio for those. Thanks to all of you for digging this album. #highnheavy #heavyrock #heavymusic #heavymetal #rocknroll #rock #wizardrock #stonerrock #stonermetal by @highnheavy

Honestly forgot there were any left, but glad to see the last one gone. With all these sold out there may be something new popping up on the Bandcamp. Keep your eyes peeled. #highnheavy #heavyrock #heavymusic #heavymetal #rocknroll #rock #wizardrock #stonerrock #stonermetal by @highnheavy

3 years ago today we had our second recording session for what would become our fifth album ‘V’. Screaming Moon not only stands as our favorite song from that album, but generally agreed to be one of our best songs. This video is a good representation of the fun we had recording together. Vinyl copies of V are still available on our Bandcamp. Link in bio. by @highnheavy
