High alpine lake 🏞️🏞️

—

These photos were taken in Somerset, CO near Crested Butte on the Three Lakes Trail. Even during peak hours, only a few people were out hiking. Photographed above is Lost Lake, a small, cold, crystal clear body of water surrounded by towering peaks and plenty of pine, aspen, and moss.
