Quality Control - Friday August 14th @toddkeebs and @highpressuresound bring you a night of precision drum and bass and deep dubstep at @spiritpgh

Technical yet soulful. Powerful yet restrained. This isn’t for the headbangers or the rage fiends; it’s for those that know that quality matters and the rest can lay by the wayside.

Pay what you want/can and help us cover our costs. Or don’t, that’s fine too. We just want to see you there.

We are grateful for all the support and love in this community as we keep the works moving forward presenting roots rock reggae in a traditional soundsystem style. Big up @miltonblake_music @highpressuresound and @maxafari for setting the vibes proper @squidselections for powering the patio stage and @crobar1921 for allowing us such a special place to gather 🙏 taken in crobar by @highpressuresound

This Saturday we reconvene for the 3rd annual Schenley Park Summer Kickoff Party - this year we’re right alongside our friends at Pittonkatonk, just down the road! Pop back and forth between the two, then head over to Pittonk after.

Weather looks good for the afternoon, don’t let any morning showers scare you away for the day :)

This year’s line-up
Blacklisted - Firefly - Wabi Sabi - Varden Armstrong - Depth One - High Pressure - Keebs

Sound by Kallop Sound Solutions.

1pm - 9pm, Free (with donations appreciated)

Potluck grilling & grubbing - We’ll have coals and the basics, you bring the rest!

BYOB

We welcome any help with setup, teardown, grilling and clean-up! Hit up Jake or Keebs to lend a hand

Anderson Shelter in Schenley Park has a huge and newly remodeled playground so bring your kiddos!

Walking, biking, or ride share is recommended due to increased parking / traffic with Pittonkatonk happening at the same time.

Important: Both bridges by the park are closed to cars, but the bridge between Phipps and Anderson is open to pedestrians. The only way to drive to the shelter is via Panther Hollow Road from the Squirrel Hill side of Schenley Park. If you need to park, doing so around Phipps / Flagstaff or near the Library and walking over the bridge should work well too. taken in Anderson Playground: Schenley Park by @highpressuresound
