3 dabs. 3 joints. no headlamp.no watch and still won the race and broke the course record. 🏆😂 people swear the plant slows everybody down… meanwhile we out here embracing the chaos. end the stigma #trailrunning #ultrarunning #runnerlife #movementismedicine #endthestigma by @hihikez
12,633 FT ABOVE THE STIGMA. The higher we go, the smaller the excuses get. 10 miles • 3,000+ ft of climbing. Arizona’s highest peak. Still smiling… sorta lol We came for the summit. We keep coming back for what happens on the way there. This was never supposed to be just about me. One hike became a group. The group became a community. The community became a movement. peak pro really made it to 12,633 before most people 😭🏔️ came all this way just to get faded at a higher elevation. Arizona gave us its highest point… now what? side quests > staying comfortable. same time next Sunday? by @hihikez
Javelina Jundred 2026 might be the wildest 100-mile race I’ve ever experienced and I didn’t even run it. Rain, fire, DJs, costumes and a field moving stupid fast. The men’s top five all broke 12:30, the women’s win came down to 55 seconds, and four Golden Tickets to Western States were earned. It looks like a party, but don’t get it twisted the racing is elite. I came to support two homies: one completed his redemption tour under 24 hours … the other brotha collected buckle No. 13. Watching friends, winners and podium finishers push through that storm flipped a switch in me. When greatness is right in front of you, it stops feeling far away. Shoutout to everyone who raced and every person who showed love. I came to support. I left believing. #Javelinajundred #UltraRunning #hihikez #endthestigma by @hihikez
COMMUNITY /kəˈmyo͞onədē/ · noun com·mu·ni·ty A collective of individuals united by shared values, passions, and purpose. Built on connection, strengthened through belonging, and defined by the willingness to support, inspire, and uplift one another. More than a group of people. A sense of belonging. A shared purpose. Something greater than ourselves. by @hihikez

HIGH HIKEZ 2026 RACE RECAP The wins, the bonks, and what happened between the start and finish. 5 MILES • 38:03 • 2ND PLACE Came for the win and the course record. Both of us ran under the old record.Hell of a way to start the year. FIRST MARATHON • 3:02 Wanted sub-three. Came home with 3:02. With the training I had going into this, I was happy with that. Two minutes to bring back next time. 5K • 16:03 • 1ST PLACE Wanted this win and went and got it. Huge 5K PR, and the video helped this page take off. A lot of y’all found me through this race. 50 MILES • 11:59:07 Hardest race of my life. Pain and dehydration had me walking close to 18 miles. Felt like I left five years out there. Sedona gave me plenty to look at while I questioned everything. 6K • 27:07 • 1ST + COURSE RECORD After that 50-miler, I was itching to run fast again. Flat course, short race, and confidence from my last 5K. Came in ready to let the legs go. 25K • 2:00:23 • 4TH PLACE Had the lead with two miles left. Then my stomach had other plans. Barely posted about this one because I was upset. Looking back, I hit the half in 1:38 on trail. The fitness was there. 3 HOURS • 20 LOOPS • 20 MILES • 4TH PLACE Probably the most fun I had racing all year. Three hours to see how many loops we could get. Loved every bit of this one. TUCSON NIGHT 5K • JULY 24 • 1ST PLACE Last-minute side quest. Showed up in a jacket and sweatpants and left with the dub. Cool people, great event. Glad I pulled up. 50K • 5:12:03 • 6,000 FT OF CLIMBING First race in California. Wanted under five hours, finished in 5:12 with a PR. Those climbs took plenty out of me. Five days later, I was racing in France. FRANCE • 280-MILE TEAM RELAY MY PART: 66 MILES • 11,000 FT OF CLIMBING Two days of running with the team, still carrying Bulldog in my legs. Started the year racing five miles in Arizona. Ended up out here. Man, running has taken me places. 75K • 9:03:20 • 8TH OVERALL First race I seriously considered quitting. All that racing had caught up with me. Finished my second-longest run ever, then finally listened to my body. It was time to recover. 3 WINS. 1 COURSE RECORD. A WHOLE LOT OF PRs. Third video from Humphreys Peak and I still don’t know how to explain this hike 😂🏔️ First time hiking through snow, weather changing every few miles, wildlife showing up, and people laid out on the trail had me questioning EVERYTHING 😭 Didn’t even see the summit until we were deep in the snow. Arizona’s tallest mountain really gave us a little bit of everything. Embrace all conditions. 🌲 #HumphreysPeak #ArizonaHiking #FlagstaffArizona #MountainHiking #outdooradventures by @hihikez
Another day in the office. 🏔️ A little snow on the job, but Arizona’s tallest mountain? Climbed. Puffco Proxy? Made it to the top. 12,633 feet up. What’s your excuse? 😮‍💨 #endthestigma #movementismedicine #hihikez #puffcopartner #arizonahiking by @hihikez
13 miles, 3,000 feet of climbing, and trying something new with the homies. 😂🏔️ Took @numamicrodose Focus capsules 🍄out on the trails for the first time this morning. I’ve tried 🍄 products before, but never incorporated something like this into one of my long trail days. Usually I’m reaching for caffeine before these longer efforts, but today I skipped my usual energy drink and just wanted to see how the experience went. A few hours of movement, plenty of climbing, and a 127 BPM average heart rate. Nothing crazy, just a solid day outside. Personally, I enjoyed it. Still learning, still experimenting with my routine, and always keeping it real about what I experience. #TrailRunning #OutdoorLifestyle #endthestigma #movementismedicine #arizonahiking by @hihikez
Bro, sometimes I really gotta look around and appreciate what we’re building out here. 😂🤝🏾 What started with getting people outside, moving, connecting and enjoying life has turned into something way bigger than I imagined. Huge love to @kingpalm for recognizing hihikez and @_hiruns and showing support for the community. I’m grateful for the brands that believe in what we’re building, but even more grateful for everybody who keeps showing up. Y’all are the reason any of this is possible. We built this outside. And we’re just getting started. 🌵🏔️ partnership with King Palm. #HiHikez #HiRuns #ArizonaCommunity #OutdoorCommunity #CommunityFirst by @hihikez
Was I underprepared, or did I stop believing? 3:02 in my first road marathon. Just two minutes away from breaking 3 hours. Coming off a 44-mile backyard ultra, averaging barely 30 miles a week, I still went for it. My endurance was there, but my road marathon preparation wasn’t. And somewhere along those 26.2 miles, my confidence started slipping too. No excuses. Just lessons. I’m officially coming back to Mesa Marathon in 2027. This time with the mileage, the speed, and the confidence to back up the goal. We’re not just chasing sub-3 anymore. We’re seeing how far we can take it. Runners, what’s taught you more: the races you conquered or the ones you fell short in? #hihikez #MesaMarathon #MarathonTraining #Sub3Marathon #RunningCommunity by @hihikez
Track day with with the @hihikez crew 💨 The work continues. The cooler weather is here. It’s time to let your summer fitness start to shine. #BuckarooRunClub #HiRunsRunClub by @hihikez
