The most cringe thing you can do is let the judgment of others stop you from being your most authentic self. Wear the outfit, do the hairstyle, do what makes you happy!

This birthday is extra special, last year I didn’t celebrate at all because I was suffering from severe depression and panic disorder. I’m so proud of myself for coming this far and I still have so much more to do. I appreciate everyone who has continued to remind me of how special I am, I am a reflection of you. I am learning to celebrate even when I don’t feel like celebrating, I will no longer delay my JOY. This chapter I am stepping into honoring myself, through my sexuality, through setting healthy boundaries, through tapping into my creativity and through building meaningful connections. I am free, I am happy and I am so loved by others and most importantly myself. It took me a long time to get here, but I’m here and I’m so happy. To anyone out there suffering in silence, you’re not alone. My wish is for everyone to prioritize JOY, the world is a crazy place, make sure you are the good part about it! 💗🎉✨ by @hiiiles
