hi, I’m Hilary 🤍

a little introduction because you’ll probably be seeing a lot more of me around here :)
I’m passionate about movement, wellness, and finding ways to feel stronger and more connected to myself.

I love Pilates, Lagree, boxing, trying new workouts, staying active, and always finding new ways to move my body.
I’m here to share what I love, what I’m learning, and everything in between —from movement & fitness to little moments of everyday life

stay awhile 🫶🏼. #wellnessjourney #bcn #bh #pilates #lagreefitness taken in Barcelona, Spain by @hilafit
