When a successful woman senses something is off, she almost always tries the same four things first.

One. She schedules the vacation.
A week away. A long weekend at the lake. Distance from the work is not the same as alignment with the woman doing it.

Two. She starts the new health protocol.
New trainer. Cold plunge. Hormones tested. None of it addresses the actual question, which is not what is wrong with the body, but who is currently inside it.
Three. She takes on a bigger project.

Works for six weeks. Then the same exhaustion shows up on a bigger stage.
Four. She blames the business.

Sometimes that is right. More often, it is a way of changing the outside because the inside is harder to address.
None of these are the actual move.

On June 17, we skip all four and go straight to what is actually happening. The Quiet Crisis. Free. 60 minutes.

Most successful women get the diagnosis wrong.

Tired? They call it burnout.
Restless? They call it a midlife thing.
Off in their body? They call it hormones.

Each of those is real, sometimes.
But they are not usually the actual diagnosis.
They are the easy diagnosis.

And once you have named it as one of those, you stop looking for the real thing.
The actual thing is quieter.
It is a slow leak, not a crisis.

And women who are used to managing big things do not take small leaks seriously until they flood the basement.

By then, they have usually spent two or three years explaining away the signals.
On June 17, I am walking through what those signals actually are. 60 minutes. Free.

The women I interviewed for Secrets from Iconic Women did NOT have it easy. Not one of them.

I was just on FOX 5 talking about the movie, and I shared the 3 things that stopped me in my tracks:

1️⃣ They failed. A lot. What made them iconic was how they responded.
2️⃣ They stopped calling it failure and started calling it failing forward.
3️⃣ So many of them felt completely alone on the way up. What did they wish they had? Community.

Boom. That third one is exactly why we built what we built.
Secrets from Iconic Women is coming to a screening near you, and I want it in YOUR city.

A woman does not lose herself all at once. It happens one exhausted day at a time, until someone she loves finally asks where she went.

@cynthiajames777 speaks with @hilarydecesare, founder of The Relaunch and award-winning reinvention coach, about the night her own mother looked at her and asked the question that stopped her cold. Hilary shares what it took to admit she no longer recognized her own life, and why that moment became the start of a complete overhaul.

Some rooms change how you see your business. Other rooms change the way you show up inside your business. @wealthmasterysummit did both.

I filled pages of notes, but one thought keeps replaying in my head: the truest measure of freedom is what keeps running when you step away.

For years, so many of us built businesses that only work when we’re in every meeting, every decision, every late night. That’s not a Rich Life. That’s a beautiful cage.

The next level isn’t about working harder. It’s about growing the people around you so your vision can multiply without you holding it all together.

Thank you, @dralexadagostino and @amilya_antonetti for creating a room this aligned. I came home with a clear plan and a full heart. 💛

Be honest with me: are you running your business, or is your business running you? Comment “RUNNING IT” or “IT’S RUNNING ME” below. 👇

Have you ever pushed and pushed at something, and it just would not move?

Sometimes that isn’t a sign to work harder. It’s a sign you’re in the wrong season for it.

That idea stopped me in my conversation with Ann Perry @annperrynumerologist11

Ann is a bestselling author and soul coach who has spent more than two decades helping women read their own timing and make clearer decisions because of it. Numerology is the lens she uses, and whatever you make of the tool, the wisdom underneath it is something most women need to hear.

Life moves in cycles. Seasons to push forward. Seasons to slow down. Seasons to release, and seasons to rebuild. When you know which one you’re in, you stop forcing results and start working with your natural timing instead of against it.

That’s how you make smarter decisions. That’s how you stop burning yourself out trying to sprint through a season that was meant for rest.

We get into how to read your own seasons, in your life, your relationships, and your work.

If you’ve been forcing something lately, this one’s for you. Link in bio.

Tomorrow, you get to meet her.

The woman on the other side of this chapter. The one who stopped waiting for permission and started choosing her own life again.

For one afternoon, I’m opening the doors to a free workshop, and let me be honest about why you should be there.
Because “someday” has a cost. Every year you tell yourself you’ll deal with this later is another year you spend being everything to everyone and quietly disappearing inside your own life.
Tomorrow, that stops.

In 90 minutes, from wherever you are, you’ll walk away with three things. The real reason your life feels heavy, and why it has nothing to do with working harder. The old version of you that’s still quietly running your decisions. And one clear choice about who you want to be next, made before you close your laptop.

No fluff. No pitch to brace for. Just the truth you’ve been waiting to hear, and a first step you can take that same day.
It’s free. It’s online. It happens tomorrow, October 28, at 2 pm MT.

Registration closes soon. So this is the part where you stop reading and go save your seat.

I’ll be looking for you. Link in bio

You made it. So why doesn’t it feel like it?

You built the life. The career, the family, the reputation. On paper, you did everything right.

And still, there’s this quiet feeling you can’t name. Like somewhere along the way, the life that fits so well stopped fitting you.

You keep waiting for it to pass. It isn’t passing.

Here’s what I want you to hear. This isn’t a breakdown, and it isn’t a sign something’s wrong with you. It’s a signal that you’re becoming someone new. The old chapter is closing. The next one is asking for you.

That’s not a problem to fix. It’s a chapter to step into, on purpose.

I’m hosting a free online workshop on October 28 to walk through exactly this. What that feeling is really telling you, and the first move to make.

90 minutes, online, from wherever you are. 2 pm MT.

Life will force relaunch moments. This is one of them.

Registration is open. Save your seat. Link in bio.

I’ve been sitting on this and I can’t wait any longer.

Secrets from Iconic Women is going on the road.

When we premiered it in Scottsdale back in September, I stood in the back and watched a whole room feel every minute of it together. I knew right then we couldn’t leave it on one screen in one city.

So we’re taking it out.

First stop is Toronto on November 20th. The Canadian premiere, hosted alongside The Lucky Summit, with the film, a live panel, and a full day built for women writing their next chapter.

And we’re just getting started. Los Angeles, New York, Boulder, Vancouver, Boston, Boise, Las Vegas, and Miami are all taking shape for 2026 and 2027.

Here’s what I’d do right now. Go look at the schedule. If you’re anywhere near Toronto, grab your seat for the 20th before they go. If your city’s on that list, tell us you’re there, and you’ll be first to know the moment a date near you is set.

This film was made to be watched in a room full of women who get it. Let’s get you in one.

Find your city. Link in bio.

Here's a hard truth I had to learn the long way.

You don't attract what you want. You attract what you believe you deserve.
Look at the pattern. The relationships you accept. The clients you say yes to. The way you let people treat you, and the way you talk to yourself when no one's listening.

All of it is quietly shaped by one thing. How you actually feel about you.

Self-love gets dismissed as soft. A bubble-bath idea. It isn't. It's the foundation everything else gets built on. When your sense of your own worth rises, the standard for what you'll allow rises with it. In love. In business. In life.
Nothing in your outer world changes for long until that inner number changes first.

In this solo episode, I get into how self-love shapes everything you attract, and how to raise that standard on purpose.
Where in your life are you still accepting less than you'd tell a friend to accept?

Everyone keeps asking if you’re okay.

And you are. That’s the strange part.

Nothing is falling apart. The career is solid. The family is fine. From the outside, you’re the woman who has it together.
So why does it feel like something quietly stopped fitting?

Here’s what I want you to hear. You’re not having a crisis. You’re having an identity shift. And those are two very different things.

A crisis is something going wrong. An identity shift is you outgrowing the life you built and sensing the next one before you can see it.

The world doesn’t have language for that. So women sit in it alone, assuming they should just be grateful and quiet.
You don’t have to.

I’m hosting a free live session on October 28 to name exactly what this is, and what to do with it.

Life will force relaunch moments. This is one of them.

Save your seat. It’s free. Link in bio.
