Superstolt av min nye bok GYM! Med en spesialutgave på 100 bøker med nummeret og signert fotografi, der alle pengene går til @yogaandsportforrefugees! ⁠

Over the last three years I have done several works associated with the refugee camp Moria Camp, on the island Lesvos in Greece, and a lot of the time I have been with the organization @yogasportwithrefugees ⁠

All the revenue of the special edition of 100 books and sign print goes to Yoga and Sports. Link in bio! ⁠

YSR is a non-profit organization that use sports as way to help refugees find dignity and meaning, and the mental and physical strength required to carry out the monotony, frustration and stagnation under the conditions they are exposed to and currently live in.⁠

Moria Camp was notorious for being Europe’s worst refugee camp and housed somewhere between 6000 – 21000 people depending on the influx. The camp was originally dimensioned for 3000 people. In September 2020 it burned down, and a new camp was built on Lesvos. Unfortunately, this is no better than the first. The situation in the Mediterranean as of May 2021 still severe. Refugees are still being treated in inhumane ways and Europe continues to violate basic human rights as the right to apply for asylum.⁠

Takk til alle som kom på åpningen av Regarding the Pain of the Future på @sigdalmuseum og gjorde dagen så fin!

En utrolig fin og ettertenksom åpningstale av Kjetil Røed. Takk💛

Matservering i flere av bygningene på tunet, mange gode møter -og i det hele tatt en skikkelig fin dag!

Om noen skal ta turen til Sigdal Museum i sommer, anbefaler jeg også noen stopp på veien: @gunvornervoldantonsen på @blaafarveverket / Nyfossum, en badestopp på Sandsbråtan / en perle! Videre opp til @lauvlia_kunstnerhjem / Kittelsen og @galleri_skredsvig / Skredvisg Og kjører en langs Krøderen ned igjen, kan en også ta turen innom Søndre Green / @airgreen3536 i Krødsherad, @kristin_lindberg_art

I morgen, lørdag kl 12, åpner jeg utstilling på @sigdalmuseum , og det gleder jeg meg til! Det er ekstra fint at utstillingen vises nettopp i Sigdal, bygda jeg vokste opp i, og i Plassanebygningen, huset der bestefaren min bodde fram til han var åtte år gammel, så jeg synes det har vært litt ekstra fint å montere denne utstillingen❤️

Utstillingen åpnes av Kjetil Røed.

En stor takk til Henrik Somdal, Elise Johansen Make og Christine Bruu som har bidratt med god hjelp underveis. Og helt uvurderlig monteringshjelp av tømrer @k.loland !!

Some images from the Helmholtz Centre for Infection Research, Germany / @helmholtz_hzi They collect fungal species from deep forests and remote places around the world, cultivating them in these bioreactors in the search for new antibiotics.

The wonderful staff gave us a generous tour of the facilities.

For en nydelig åpning på @buskerudkunstsenter – og takk til alle som kom på seminaret Lost in Translation, som @jonhov og jeg arrangerte på @usn.no dagene etter.

Her er noen bilder fra både utstillingen, åpningen og seminaret. En ekstra takk til Trude Andresen, kommunedirektør i Drammen, Jarle Løwe Sørensen, leder for Senter for sikkerhet, krisehåndtering og beredskapsledelse ved USN, og ikke minst @katgran , administrasjonssjef på @kunstnerneshus , for en veldig fin samtale om ulike måter å jobbe sammen på – på tvers av fag og sektor – og om hvilke sårbarheter og vurderinger som finnes i et reelt tverrfaglig samarbeid. taken in Buskerud Kunstsenter by @hildehonerud
