🚴‍♂️ What a ride! After 17 years of showing up for young people at XLP, our Deputy Director of Youth Work, Ian Hiley, has just completed one of his toughest challenge yet: cycling all the way from London to Copenhagen!!

Ian has gone above and beyond for young people in London. We’re thrilled to say he’s smashed his fundraising target and every pound raised will help XLP keep showing up for thousands of young people every week.

Ian Hiley, our Deputy Director of Youth Work, has poured his heart into XLP - driving our mobile youth centres into estate communities, running sports projects, mentoring, and always encouraging young people to dream bigger.

Now it’s his turn to take on a huge challenge. Before moving on to help lead @salmonyouthcentre in Bermondsey, Ian is cycling all the way from London to Copenhagen 🌍.

It’s a massive test (even Ian’s not sure he can finish!). But this is the same man who once ran from London to Brighton just to see if he could 👟.

Ian’s riding to raise funds for the work he’s given so much of his life to - supporting thousands of young people across London.
