The 2026 Invitational Art Show was a huge hit! CWCHS was joined by Marion, Eldorado, Harrisburg, NCOE, Gallatin Co, Edwards Co, and Mt Vernon, IL, to create an unforgettable event. A big thank you to our amazing judges and all the art teachers from local schools who made this show possible.
Congrats to our Best of Show Winner Jayci Spencer. taken in Carmi-White County High School by @hillary_gee

My students were not enthused about this still life project featuring reflections and glass, but I had faith their skills would take it to the next level. With the freedom to pick their own bottles and medium, the results are truly breathtaking, don't you think? #highschoolart #glassdrawing #stilllife #artteacherofinstagram #cwchs taken in Carmi-White County High School by @hillary_gee
