Today’s topic: “Self-care/Self-love”

Don’t be a victim of overexertion. Today, humans have become more robotic, almost cyborg like. Walking around with our heads in the iclouds, while our phones and other devices take up any extra screen time & every other moment that could honestly be put to much needed use. I too, am constantly reminding myself not to become too enthralled in what life throws at me, and to remember to step back every so often to collect each part of myself appropriately (Mind, Body & Soul) 🧠 🧘🏾‍♀️ ☯️

Reconnecting with Yourself is one of the greatest ways to help you better reconnect with everyone & everything around you. No better place to start than the 1st chapter 📖 Don’t neglect yourself, Respect Yourself! 💯

Today’s Topic: “Be You”

Now more than ever we live in an era where most may find it easier to be someone else rather than their own true selves. The true self that they were born to be 💯 there is so much influence present (social media, news, blogs, podcasts, tv, radio, etc) that often times we may not even be aware of how highly influenced we actually are 😬

Although, imitation has been known to be a form of flattery you must try your best not to forget that it is much easier & useful to allow your true self to shine forward ☀️

In a world where so many people wear the same clothes, eat the same foods, and venture out to the same places for fun it’s actually a breath of fresh air to meet and network with someone new.

I mean how will the 🌎 know what it’s missing if you never make your introduction? 😉

Refrain from selling yourself too short, and if you haven’t already begun, get to know the very first chapter… The most important chapter… YOU ♥️

One persons life can be another persons dream 💯

Today’s Topic: “Count Your Blessings”

Be thankful! 🙏🏾 It can be all too easy to neglect all of the positive things you may have going on in your life simply because the short comings seem so much bigger 😳

Remember, you’re not the only one who may be going through something & if you know what that feels like for You then you can probably take a good educated guess as to how anyone else would be feeling (empathy) in a similar position 💡

Try something new, meet new people, take a look at things from an alternative perspective. You could be standing in the way of your own blessings & progress & be completely unaware of it 🎯 💯 I know I’ve fallen victim to this 😕

Some things are easier said than done, I get it.. but once you notice this pattern it can be much easier to recognize these seemingly trivial thoughts/ feelings & transform them into gratitude, wisdom & true genuine blessings; as you help others achieve the same 🙌🏾
