Nervous but happy moments before pitching on stage, feeling incredibly grateful for all the things that didn’t work out the way I once hoped, because somehow they led me here 🤍 taken in Stockholm, Sweden by @hilltomt

One of the 50 defining founders in the Nordics. What an honour 🥹🤍

I got my ADHD diagnosis very late in life. When I learned that kids like the younger version of me aren’t getting the support they’re legally entitled to, something shifted. I couldn’t just stand by and accept the fate we’ve been handed.

So we’re building Nuro. We’re setting a new global standard for how students who learn differently are supported.. and we’re only just getting started! 🚀

Work until the delulu becomes truelulu ✨

Some of the most valuable lessons i've learned over the past 10 years:
1. Family first, always.
2. You are in control of your own narrative
3. It's more efficient to break or challenge the rules and ask for forgiveness, than to ask for approval
4. People are too busy thinking about themselves to care about your mistakes
5. Going the extra mile requires very little effort and is always worth it
6. Being kind and helpful is underrated!!
7. If people have a set expectation or prejudices about you, use it to your advantage 🥸
8. Use what you have! Sometimes all you have is a vision and a funny personality - that's enough if you have high agency!
9. When something is important enough, you do it even if the odds are not in your favour
10. A great team will take you further than a big funding round or a perfect product. Surround yourself with people who share your vision, believe, support and elevate you. And keep you grounded! 🚀 taken in SSE Business Lab by @hilltomt

Sandra Hilltomt – Founder & CEO
Victor Wallander – Co-founder & CTO
Jonathan Olsen – Founding Designer
Isabella Sällfors – Founders Associate
Sead Kadric – Advisor Founding Team

Nu kör vi! 🚀 taken in SSE Business Lab by @hilltomt
