Working the yin yang. The shadow integration has been a battle for years now and I guess that’s the gist, it never really settles, it’s continuous work. You can’t have one without the other - so let down the masks, trust and love yourself. Those that can’t see your light, they arent meant for you. It’s never a loss rather redirection to something better!

I no longer care if it’s too much. What it is is your perception and that is what I find the most fascinating thing of all. Enlightenment comes from embracing our emotions, observing our thoughts, and letting it all go. I know my heart is heavy with the pain, anger, and grief that comes from living life- I’m sure yours is too. We often hide/mask our true selves to fit in, gain approval, and get validation: but I want to see the real you, the unfiltered you, the authentic you. You’re beautiful just the way you are, with all your idiosyncrasies. Don’t let anyone make you feel like you’re not enough.
