"Koka, will you let me cross that field someday?", asked his grandchild, pointing at some distant land as twilight rose opposite to the farfletched horizon.
And he said.... "Yes, my child. This is your motherland, walk as far as your legs take you. Embrace the smell of the soil as your feet touches it. Let the variance of the various hues that each sunset brings to the sky teach you a new lesson that no school can ever teach. Fall, get up, dust yourself, and run that extra mile in search of knowledge, in seach for the brightest star. But strenghten your roots so much so that you never get uprooted, no matter which part of the planet you go to. So that you never forget your way back home. You belong here, you always will."

Everyone has their own way around the world. And everyone has build the roads to achieve them. But what matters the most is how you stick to the norms that you have constructed for that greatest goal that you wish to achieve, and not falter from it when any distraction arises. You learn, you inculcate and you bloom.

Remembering Papa. ❤️

Four years have passed, but your values still guide me every day. You taught me that no matter how far life takes us, we must never forget our roots. This frame of you and Ma revisiting old memories is one I’ll cherish forever. Miss you, Papa. Always. by @himkakati

The weavers of Assam are the keepers of a rich cultural heritage. With great skill and patience, they create beautiful handwoven fabrics like Mekhela Chador, Gamosa, and traditional silk textiles using cotton, Muga, Eri, and Pat silk. Their craftsmanship reflects the traditions, identity, and artistic spirit of Assam, making every woven piece a symbol of pride and timeless beauty. by @himkakati

Nostalgia is a feeling of longing or affection for the past, often for moments, places, people, or experiences that hold personal meaning. It usually combines happiness from remembering something special with a touch of sadness because that time has passed. taken in Assam by @himkakati
