Pear & almond cake with ricotta and olive oil. 🍂🫶🏼 This is a cake I've been coming back to in different ways. I first made it with plums and lemon zest, then tried another version with figs. Both were lovely, but I wanted to make an autumn version, something that would feel right for this time of year. The full recipe is up on my substack "Ammadi’s Table" .✨️ Ingredients: For the cake: • 2 large eggs, at room temperature • 70g sugar • 150g ricotta, at room temperature • 45ml olive oil • 40g unsalted butter. to brown • 100g almond flour • 20g all-purpose flour • 8g baking powder • A pinch of salt • 1tsp vanilla extract • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon For the topping : • 2 firm, ripe pears • 1 tbsp brown sugar • 1 tbsp sliced almonds . . . #pearcake #ricottacake #almondcake #fallbaking #bakingathome by @hindammadi
Brown butter banana bread, warmly spiced with cinnamon and ginger. And the melted chocolate chunks and toasted walnuts in every bite🤌🏼✨️. The kind of cake I find myself coming back to every autumn. 🍂 The full recipe is on my substack "Ammadi’s Table" or comment "recipe" for the direct link. #foodvideography #bakingathome #bananabread #bananabreadrecipe #fallbaking by @hindammadi

There’s a kind of recipe I find myself coming back to every summer, and this galette is exactly that. ✨️ Roasted eggplant & tomato galette with a basil pesto ricotta filling, topped with creamy burrata. Made with a whole wheat crust for a rustic touch. Full recipe on Substack. 🫶🏼 #summerrecipes #foodvideography #faitmaisoncuisine #pestolovers #savorygalette by @hindammadi
Ghriba with smen 🤎 One of @choumicha_chafay classic recipes, with toasted sesame, walnuts, raisins and that beautiful smen flavor. A true Moroccan dwaz atay classic. 🫖 While watching Choumicha explain this recipe, she shared that even her schoolwork used to carry little traces of these biscuits. I loved that detail. It made me think about how some Moroccan recipes become part of the little moments we remember, the smell of them baking, the tea waiting on the table, and that feeling of home. Ingredients | المقادير 250 g flour — دقيق 60 g sugar — سكر 50 g room-temperature butter — زبدة في درجة حرارة الغرفة 75 ml vegetable oil — زيت نباتي 35 g walnuts — كركاع 35 g raisins — زبيب 20 g toasted sesame seeds — زنجلان محمر 1 tsp cinnamon — قرفة ½ tsp salt — ملح 1 tbsp smen — سمن ¾ tsp baking powder — خميرة الحلوى Recipe in the comments ↓ الوصفة في التعليقات ↓ #FoodVideography #moroccanfood #ghriba #cuisinemarocaine #recettesmarocaines by @hindammadi
