Big week at HHS! Students have been enjoying dressing in different themes each day for Sprit Week. Tomorrow as part of color wars they will have a contest decorating a hall for their grade! Thursday is the seniors vs seniors Harbor Bowl - a fun flag football game - all are welcome to attend, cost of admission is a donation to Hingham Food Pantry! The students will have a pep rally during school on Friday, and then games begin that night with our girls volleyball team, followed the next day by field hockey, girls and boys soccer and lastly football. There will be tables all around the field with teams, clubs and classes selling various items to help fundraiser for their group. The final event of the week is the Homecoming Dance and ALL students are invited and encouraged to attend! This is also the last week to donate to the PTO and be entered in the raffle for some great restaurant gift cards! Lots going on but all for a good cause!! by @hinghamhighpto

Thank you for the significant response to our donation campaign this past week. We are now at 57% of our $28,000 goal for fundraising. We appreciate everyone who has contributed but we still need more in order to fund our ‘26-27 budget plans, which in the next 2 months includes $9500 in mini-grants, our first all-staff appreciation event as well as some smaller groups to show special appreciation to. We love to be able to make a difference at HHS but it takes money to do it so we ask you to please consider making your family’s donation today! by @hinghamhighpto

Today we want to say a special thank you to Owen, Kevin, Donald, Patrick, Brian & Matt - our amazing custodial staff at HHS! Your donations make it possible for us to treat them to lunch and a Dunkin’ gift card to show our appreciation for what they do everyday! by @hinghamhighpto

Did you know that every Monday the LMC at HHS is open from 6:30-8:30pm for Homework Club?! Supervised by Ms. O’Connor, students can go to a familiar environment to work independently, with friends or get help from a peer tutor! We the PTO are proud to fund this longstanding club and we hope your HHS student(s) will take advantage of it this school year! by @hinghamhighpto

The start of the school year is always a chaotic time, but hopefully your family is starting to feel settled now. We as a PTO rely on donations from HHS families in order to fund what we do. Our 2026-2027 goal is $28,000. As of now we are only 38% to our goal…we have a long way to go but we know we can count on you! Please take a moment to make a donation and check that box off your to-do list! Please visit our website www.hinghamhighpto.com or come to our meeting next Thursday to learn about what we want to do for HHS this year! by @hinghamhighpto

Thank you to everyone who donated an item to our fall Stock The Staff Pantry event! Last Friday our hospitality team loaded everything into several different teacher lounges around the school to help the staff start the year off right! We appreciate your contributions and the staff does too! by @hinghamhighpto

Welcome back @hinghamhighschool! Wishing the students and staff a great first day and a wonderful year to follow! Your donations made it possible for us to spruce up the school with fresh flowers in the planters and a little festive decor to greet everyone this morning. Thank you to Erin Bray our Beautification Chair for her hard work on this! by @hinghamhighpto
