When the bride is a pilot…

An unforgettable intimate wedding at a private home in Charlotte, Vermont. After Kristin & Levi exchanged vows, they took to the skies for a joy ride in Kristin’s vintage Cessna 150 float plane.

And just when you thought it couldn’t get any better, a friend made a flyby as well.

Dinner by Cloud 9, Vermont in all its autumn glory, and a newlywed exit that is hard to top!

When the day just doesn’t last long enough to capture the love held by these two.

Emily and Shea what a joy it was to photograph your wedding in the sweeping valley of the Vermont mountains. Every time I looked around at your family and friends there were just tears of joy or smiles for the life you are building together.

And I am going to have to have an honorary post just for the Concrete Truck.

So much love to you both! @emilymscott

Getting married at a summer camp was the perfect spot for two camp counselors-turned-teachers who met while working at the same school. Sophie and Andrew brought their joy for life AND their ability to keep boisterous groups of people contained and entertained to every aspect of their wedding.

Ohana has been a favorite spot of mine to photograph for the past ten years, and I’m always looking for new corners and perspectives to capture the family camp, which opens its doors to weddings on the shoulder seasons. Combining a beloved venue with one of my favorite florists, @stitchdownfarm and coat it all in the lovely late September light created a visual playground for myself and dear friend @empogo, who lent her talent to the day.
