It’s been a minute since I went to a soft open and 10/10 for @brickfirerva in the former Maya space. Pizzas to rival @backalleypizzarva and don’t sleep on the steak tartare. Bold flavors and snazzy dranks. 1) Make It Count Rosé with Empress gin, lemon and simple 2) the tartare with wake-you-up Dijon 3) wood oven roasted cauliflower with romesco, Calabrian chili, and parm 4) arugula salad with blood oranges, taleggio and candied pistachio 5) that wood oven y’all. taken in Centro Latin Bar and Kitchen by @hiphaedra

Baby’s first lobster taco! We always have lobster rolls for New Year’s Eve because it was an idea I had and I brilliantly married a chef. But this year we got a tortilla press and heirloom masa so, lobster tacos! 🌽 + 🦞= 😋 by @hiphaedra

We are addicted: Year 3 for this panettone from @subrosabakery and it is all that. Sturdy, flavorful, good fruit distribution, not cloyingly sweet or fluffy. Toasted with butter it’s breakfast, tea, snack, or dessert. by @hiphaedra
