For whatever reason this collection of music did not make its proper PR appearance here... Last week we had a lot of dope music to share...so remember to check the write uos, listen to the music, and support the artists!

1) This is off of a project that has been out for a few weeks. I copped it off band camp but didn't get a chance to listen. I should have been more diligent because the work and music on @babadd_ebe and @revenxnt96 project the sun will set is really dope. If you enjoy my feature for the single k2 you will appreciate the whole project!

2) One of my favorite artists @flowfessional dropped his new project on bandcamp New Word Order 2 and it's a showcase of the artists accomplished talent. My favorite track is short but hits hard, Industry Plants. Don't sleep on one of the consummate emceess doing it.

3) @awon1988 @thatdudeconfidence and @jferramusic released an amazing body of music in the album The Process. Highly recommend if you a complete dose of great artistry. From beats to lyricism to the arrangement...this album is immaculate. I featured the song Pieces Of My Soul because that to me is an embodiment of the project.

4) And speaking of "consummate" emcees @milano_constantine has a new video single for his track Wild Kingdom which he also produced himself. His songs always hit hard and he raps with such polish and professionalism. Video shot by his son Ashe which has great cinematic value and new alum Restricted Area dropping this winter!

5) If you want something with the good energy we got you covered, @freshdotdaily and producer @monsrock dropped there album As You Were a week ago and they hit jazzy, soulful and melodic in one punch here. Video single rhythm and pulse is showcased on the site to give you the tip of the iceberg.

6) Last but definitely not least it's...that Physics of Filth! Well not under that moniker but the team of @dissbbm @asuneastwood and @futurewave are back cheffing up some dope music with their release of the video single Dejounte Murray (flyer cut that off) Few are making music on the level of those three artists and there is more dope to come as I have been assured. Don't sleep! by @hiphopdependency

Its been a minute I know since I have posted on IG so allow me to play catch up on some releases that deserve your attention...some a long time coming. Make sure you support these releases, check the write ups on the site, and spread the word!

1) @slikjack and @vincent_pryce just released their new project Yesterday Ain't Today's Pryce and its loaded with bangers! Check out my favorite track Longlive The Lowlife

2) If you are interested in something fresh, soulful, and sound unto itself? Check out the new project from @drink_radio and @worms_ali Blackholes & Souls. I love this album! My ears needed this! Check out the joint Worthwile featuring @wordsworthbklyn

3) @thetangiers711 are back with a new record called Old Vegas and they released the video single Setting The Deck as they drop some introspection on how they navigate the ups and downs of life. Definite gems on this one!

4) You want a lethal combination? Give me @jayroyale @daclothrigs over a beat from @petetwist and the result is straight ether! In The Height Of Nightfall is the tip of a cold iceberg coming your way. Love this joint.

5) How about another dope combination that continues to deliver time and time again? @mdotboston and @koreofems separate themselves from the pack over a beat from @rawmatik on the video single All The Same. Off of the album A Notebook With No Light. Distinction is everything!

6) I had to put this one on. I had to. Everyone loves a good redemption story so @therealnutso brings that to you...hes back...hes energized...and this track gets me excited for what he brings to the table. This is the tracl featured in the audio.

7) A bonus track from me for slacking, @ruenatic16_ doesnt drop a ton of music but when he does, he is delivering dope and this time he brings some guest work fr @ruste_muthafuckin_juxx on the track No Dumbing Down produced by @tanakareese

Like I said...it's been a minute since we have shared music on HHD so I wanted to get back to it. Be sure to check out the write ups n the site...support the projects that have arrived and those to come....and spread the word.

1. @superior27 and @letthedirtsayamen released the second single to their forthcoming album, J.O.N.A.H. and they are taking listeners not just on a musical journey but a THOUGHTFUL one at that.

2. A put up a video for @docdamindbenda entitled House Money ft @vicspencer and a personal favorite emcee of mine @gawdemcee and this brings Chicago talent front and center showing you the exceptional over the ordinary. The album Bet The House is out now!

3. My friend @mdotboston just released his album A Notebook With No Light. I am featuring his song Hold On prod by @pilzebeats as thats a track that resonates with me. M-Dot is a master at connecting with listeners and you can hear that on this song and the new album.

4. @bugzynino and @thebeatjunkies just released their album Supreme Beat Junkie and I couldnt share just one song so I am recommending the whole thing. This joint is fresh and high octane. And be sure to check out that @daddygrace feature on the album. That song cooks! On two spins of the record, its one of those that should contend for an album of the year spot!

5. @effyoo shows you that evolution as an artist with hia new album, God Is An Artist, and I chose to feature the personal joint, No Rain, No Flowers as we humble ourselves before the experience of others that show growth and maturity. Music that you just dont listen to but feel.

6. Lastly, the artist @marvalyss just release the album A Bastards Masterpiece and dont hesitate, cop that album. Its money well spent. The whole thing is sharp but I chose to feature the joint Money Doesn't Sleep off the album. If you enjoy that, you know what to do. by @hiphopdependency

Alot of good music dropped that I want to put everyone onto this week...some might be a couple.of weeks old...but I am not trying to be first, ya know? So....

First we got @docdamindbenda with his video single Four Of A Kind featuring @rufus_sims_now and @_trufoe ...dope chemistry all the way around on this cut...the bar exchange between emcees andnthe beat switch make this a sure shot. Bet The House project coming soon!

Next we got @elgant and @maticulous on back to back weeks with their new video single House Of Cards...what can I say...when you bring that level of thoughtful music and talent to the forefront...you deserve spotlight. Check the music and perspective!

This one from @myerclarity and @freshkils is special and hits different. Its a break from the same old, same old. It sounds like creativity in chaos and I love it. The whole album is dope but I chose to show off the title track so you get tye feel!

@huskingpin and @mk_ortiz cooked up something special. You Heard Of Me is something Ive been waiting on ever since Ortiz told me he had ine in the chamber and it does not disappoint. Kingpins poetry over Ortiz's soundscape sounds beautiful. And I am going to say this AGAIN...if you are an emcee looking for THAT sound...Ortiz is THAT guy. Everything I have heard has been gold. One of my favorite producers.

@awon1988 and @otherguysmusic cooked up a new album called Solidified which just dropped. I just copped it on their bandcamp. I believe they were offering it for "name your price" which is crazy! If you do not drop money on this...Imma find you! But anyway Lots Of Pockets is the single that showcases this immense talent of producers and emcee. Dope storytelling.

And last but not least is our guy @mickey_blue_official_ with his dope video single entitled Knuckle Sammich ft. @stresswon And here is another producer who hits every time. His new EP Illusion of Permanence is out now and thought shall not sleep. Every song knocks!

Support the art! Peace! by @hiphopdependency

Put some new music to showcase on the site. I hope you enjoy it enough to purchase and spread the word!

@mdotboston has another album dropping on July 6th, entitled A Notebook With No Light, and I Know, is a single and a guiding light for anyone going through it. @chill_ill is on the production.

@elgant links up with producer @maticulous and @brotheraliisblind to shed light and perspective on greed, apathy, and indifference going on in a world. This is hitting home harder than ever tyese days.

@shabaamsahdeeq illustrates what it takes to have a career in hip hop that spans decades on his new single Top Tier. Showing you the talent, the work ethic, and the resiliency that makes his music timeless. @generalsteele is on the chorus and @beatsbyesk handles the production. New project Outside The Lines on bandcamp! Support!

Lastly, professional emcee @john_jiggs throws down some accelerant for his new video single All Gas No Brakes featuring a verse from @thegalesalvo chorus from @3rdwhosane and production from @ezelpee Some flammable bars, flows, and beat. All off of his new project by the same name! Available on his bandcamp.

So I compiled a few of my favorite releases from the last couple of weeks on the site. Please check out those write ups, listen to the music, and purchase where applicable. On a side note, due to YEARS of using the same email address for submissions shit has gotten a little bloated...if you are interested in submitting something to the site just hit me up here and I will give you that new email. I will be phasing out the old one over the next few months. As always, I don't take money for submissions...it's a love thang and out of a desire to spread good music.

1) @che_uno has a new video out featuring @dntebyhim and @asuneastwood entitled #barrasluco flexing Toronto lyricism and talent, showing you that scene is laden with really dope emcees

2) Biggest news this week was @therealhierocrew has a new album dropping in September and they just dropped their first single #DrumTalk ft. @casualrapgod Tajai @phestohierosoul @delhiero showing that skills have stayed razor sharp as they demonstrate the talent that has made them legendary.

3) One Be Lo releases a new song and video for #moonwalkman for which he too shows that his clever rhyme schemes and thoughtful pen are still very much in play in 2026 giving us all food for thought.

4) @cookinsoul and @esteenack have a new album out called #alandalus and a new video for the track #hearme and while I haven't heard the whole album yet (it's in my bandcamp cart currently) everything I HAVE heard is immaculate. Can't wait to check it out.

5) Lastly, we got a really dope single from @abyssthemc called Dynamic Duo. It features @cyrusdazine and the two really show off the pen and flow over a sublime production from DC The Midi Alien and scratches from @dj_slipwax by @hiphopdependency

I put a couple of singles up on the site the other day because I was really feeling these joints. These both feature top notch production and lyricism. They are actually the perfect combo post. Both singles are from projects dropping this month which is super exciting...check the write ups on HHD...spread the word wherever and purchase these projects when they drop!

#bassoutthefortress is the new single from @djmirage_music and @louismenace and off of the album #darius later this montth. The strings and the drums give this a hip hop orchestral feel that @etomusicroc and @quietazmoney flip some really dope sixteens as you would expect and @inf_mobb_flee connects it all together with the chorus.

#villainsforhire is the new one from producer @mickey_blue_official_ and talking about an epic symphonic production...Blue delivers...and his super villain team of @celphtitled @starvinpowbang and @mdotboston prove more than formidable with their pens! Not sure of details but Blue says EP coming and this song suggests we should be checking his IG regularly this month for the drop! by @hiphopdependency

I don't generally post here when something is not up on the blog but this is more important than that. This is about supporting an amazing artist when the moment strikes. @jayroyale has put out several dope albums. I ALWAYS look out for his music...albums...singles...guest spots. His talent is elite by any definition. #criminaldiscourse is one of my favorites of all time. He combines intellect and street levity better than anyone. I mean this as the highest compliment possible, but with Prodigy gone many years ago, Jay Royale delivers that same sound and those same elements that those of us who loved Mobb Deep cherished. So please do yourself a solid. Do the art a solid...go cop his album #woesofthecreator prod by @anibalbeatz There are ONLY wins on this album and takes the listeners on a creatively dope spin through his universe. Don't miss. This is the surest of shots! by @hiphopdependency

As we play catch up, It's a @dissbbm and @futurewave double feature on HHD...and since 2018...when Pressure Cooker first arrived...these guys have been doing regular damage year to year. There's not a release in their catelog that isn't certified dope. So when you check the music and write ups on the site for the video singles #shippingcontainers and #brokeroutine be mindful to purchase the new album #shatteredglass This is hip hope EVERYONE should be getting behind! by @hiphopdependency

It's been a minute so.I am hitting you with the @mdotboston trifecta of music that he's dropped in the last month or so. As he always does, hes hitting you with relateable real life experience wrapped up in the gift of rhyme. So don't miss these write ups on HHD...listen to the joints...spread the word...spend some coin...and show some love...featured are:

#rollercoasterpt2 featuring the legendary @mastaacepics as the two weave testament and perspective on how to cope with life's up and downs over production from @thatdudeconfidence

#daydreaming ft the ever talented @koreofems , Byna on the vocals, and production from Johnny Cashle$$ Time flies when you are chasing those dreams and goals...get lost in the vibe!

And lastly, probably my favorite of the three is @mdotboston linking up with the Co-Defendants (@benefitctn and Profit) over a superlative @iamspesh production. @alexander_padei seals the deal with a chorus that just makes it all around special. #skyreign don't miss!

More music coming on HHD so stay tuned! by @hiphopdependency
