The day I will never forget.

【CAMPARI RED HANDS APAC 2025 JAPAN 】

There were so many challenges on the way here.
And never before have I felt so strongly that this achievement is not something I earned alone.

To my team who practiced with me until dawn on our days off.

To my bartender friends in Kyoto who rushed over after their busy weekend shifts.

To my friends in Tokyo who shared honest advice without hesitation.

To the bartenders overseas who offered guidance and even gave me chances to practice my presentation.

To all the guests I meet at the counter every day.
And to old colleagues, mentors, and friends around the world who sent me messages—

Thank you. Truly. I’m grateful from the bottom of my heart.

During the award moment, emotions overwhelmed me and I couldn’t say everything I wanted.
So let me say it again here.

Yesterday, the star wasn’t the bartender or the guests—it was Campari.

I wore a navy suit inspired by the Campari label, hoping to make that passionate red stand out even more.

My journey isn’t over yet.
But… just for that moment, I hope it was okay for me to be the main character. lol

One month left.

有名なあの言葉を最大限のリスペクトを込めて使わせていただきます。

“私自信ワークライフバランスという言葉を捨てます”
“練習して練習して練習して練習して練習して、参ります”
@takaichi_sanae

“I’m setting aside the idea of work–life balance once again.”
“I’ll practice, practice, practice, practice, and practice—until the end.”

Yesterday, a small red bee from Kyoto gained a big team behind it 🇯🇵
From here on, I’m fighting as Team Japan. Let’s move forward together.

Thank you always for your support.
And of course—friends outside Japan are more than welcome too 🫶

Lastly, on my next day off, I’m spending the whole day chilling in the sauna.♨️

May this red fortune reach all of you from Japan!🐝🇯🇵🇮🇹

Kyoto’s cocktail scene is pretty unreal, but Bee’s Knees instantly earned a spot in my top 3 cocktail bars in Japan 🍸✨ and meeting @hiro__bartender who’s highly awarded for his mixology, made the night even better

@bees.knees.kyoto features a low-key IYKYK entrance and extremely well-balanced and tasty cocktail menu, making it the kind of spot you almost want to gate-keep… but they made Asia’s Top 50 Bars list so I apparently can’t keep this one to myself 🇯🇵
