My debut as a U21 on the international scene at the EAKF championships in Nagoya Japan.🇯🇵
I had a great result, but I had many errors that I will be working on for my personal growth and development for future tournaments.🥇
I am very happy about my results could never of done it without my Coaches and Teammates.🙏

I used to struggle to jump high. I guess I found it a little scary. But I was just determined to get better especially when I saw others who could do it. Eventually got my head around the “scared” part and soon just started enjoying trying to jump on Plyo boxes and or over hurdles and seeing the possibilities in my head.
When I can imagine myself doing it. It helps me believe in myself and not scared to try even if I don’t succeed at first.

If I were your mate and your dad busted me looking for something in his garage. Do you think he would believe my story? 😅 This scene was taken from the classic comedy TV series of The 70s Show. I think of all different genres of acting I have tried, comedy is my favourite. It seems to come more natural to me than serious romance or drama roles. I’m planning on doing an action scene soon🤔. Though I have not tried horror yet as I’m still working on my screaming scared face!😂 I know a few of you are also in the industry so what’s your favourite genre to act or watch.
