One person says yes.

Then another.

Then another.

And suddenly you’re watching something grow that you couldn’t have possibly imagined when you first started.

That’s the part of building something I find fascinating.

You don’t always know who you’re going to meet.

You don’t know who they’ll meet.

You don’t know which conversation will change someone’s direction.

You don’t know how far one person’s decision can ripple.

All you can do is take the first step.

And sometimes… the biggest things begin with a very simple yes.

Belgium opened this week. 🇧🇪
Four people joined in the first 24 hours.

My leaders are in Scotland making calls and pouring into people all day.

And I’m sitting here watching it unfold thinking…

Most people only see the destination.

The success.
The results.
The transformation.

But they rarely get to see what happened before any of that.

So I decided to do something different.

I’m going to let you watch me build this from the beginning.

Not just the wins.

The setbacks.
The doubts.
The uncomfortable moments.
The lessons.
The things I get wrong.
The days when everything clicks.
And the days when it doesn’t.

All while being a wife, raising two little boys, homeschooling, and trying to build something significant without sacrificing the life I’m building it for.

I don’t know exactly where this is going to take me.

And honestly… that’s part of what makes it exciting.

But I do know this:

I believe this could become the biggest thing I’ve ever built.

So instead of showing you the finished result someday and telling you how I did it…

I’m going to let you watch me figure it out.

Some moments change the way you see things forever.

Last night, I went to bed in California.

While I was asleep, my team was gathering in Scotland.

I woke up to hundreds of photos, videos and voice notes from our founder sharing his excitement about what had just happened. One of the things he said was:

“It’s about to blow up. I’m coming back in four weeks.”

And I just sat there thinking…

Who does that?

Who gets on a plane, pays for their own flight and hotel, and flies across the world to invest in someone else’s team?

Not because they have to.

Because they genuinely believe in developing people.

I’ve worked with some incredible leaders throughout my career, but this reminded me that the best leaders don’t just build businesses…

They build people.

Today I wasn’t grateful because an event happened.

I was grateful because I got to witness what servant leadership looks like.

It challenged me to ask myself:

Am I becoming the kind of leader who invests in people the way others have invested in me?

Today reminded me of something I never want to forget.

For a long time I thought leadership meant being available for everything.

Answer every message.

Lead every meeting.

Carry every responsibility.

But life doesn’t work like that.

Sometimes your family needs you.

Sometimes plans change.

Sometimes you simply can’t be in the room.

What encouraged me today wasn’t that everything went perfectly.

It was realizing that other people stepped in.

Not because they had to…

Because our leaders equipped them to.

That reminded me that leadership isn’t about becoming indispensable.

It’s about helping other people grow until they can carry the vision too.

This moment made me smile.

We’re driving through Texas.

The boys are in the back.

My husband is driving.

My leader is presenting to prospects in Ghana.

Our Scotland team made the connection.

Another country is opening.

The best part?

I didn’t have to leave my family to build something meaningful.

I simply said yes to a business with systems, leaders who serve, and a vision bigger than myself.

Freedom isn’t doing less.

It’s building a life where your family never has to come second.

The biggest lie I believed…

Was that women like me couldn’t build something big.

A stay-at-home mum.

Two boys.

No extra childcare.

No perfect circumstances.

Turns out…

God wasn’t looking for perfect.

I almost talked myself out of this.

I told myself my best days were behind me. That I was a mum now and my dreams had to be placed on hold because I didn’t have the time. How could I really build something while still being present for the moments that matter most?

But God placed a vision in my heart… and He reminded me to stop trying to do everything in my own strength and lean on Him.

So I asked myself… what if this works?
What would that look like?
What could be possible?

And I decided to trust God more than I trusted the voices in my head.

Four months later, we’ve built across countries, created memories as a family I’ll never forget, and my children get to see what it looks like to build a dream instead of just talk about one.

It hasn’t been perfect. There have been no’s, hard days, mistakes, and moments where I questioned myself… but I kept showing up.

And the biggest thing I’ve learned?

Sometimes the biggest thing standing between us and the life we dream of is simply giving ourselves permission to believe it could be possible.

Because why not you?
