👁️ THE ONLY ONE WHO CAN TELL YOU “YOU CAN’T” IS YOU, AND YOU DON’T HAVE TO LISTEN 🎧

I am facing a 🆕 challenge in life. THE BIGGEST DREAM 💭 I HAVE BEEN HAVING SINCE I WAS A LITTLE GIRL.

This dream is so huge for me that I am shi💩 scared 😱 to try and go for it. 🏆.

I have got the talent. I have got the partial knowledge & boy do I have the juice but I am so afraid to fail that for many years I have been stopping myself from taking the leap of FAITH. FAITH IN ME.

I THINK IT’S TIME TO IGNORE ME.

🪬HOW do you manage to make it so SENSATIONAL 💋???

As a semi “Tomboy” I have never managed to pose sensational. I TRIED but always turned out FUNNY 🤪.

Always childish, sporty, strong & even cool funky, but never like I’ve seen in magazines and even here on social media.

It felt weird, matured.

Being a woman … sensational powerful uncompromising woman. Connecting to this ultra delicate feminine side is just as important as strong and tough. No more, no less… but just as much.

Well… they say practice makes perfect. I might as well start 🏋🏽‍♀️.

👁️ I DO NOT STOP ✋🏾 WHEN I’M TIRED 🥱 I STOP EHEN I’M DONE.

TODAY I SAW 👀 THAT WOD I DREAD 😬

RUNNING 🏃🏼‍♀️.

As an instinct I said to myself “naaa I am not driving one hour just to run”.

While having this thought 💭 I put my gear ⚙️ on,

Got into my car,

& let my doubts drive me all the way to the box. 📦

To “””””simply””””” run.

I was taught to warm, how to breath, how to think and in particular how to keep going when every bone 🦴 & muscle in my body screamed HELP.

Lived to tell… 😂

My story with running is a complex one. I used to compete in running, won some medals 🏅 and got used to be an egomaniac about it, so ended up tearing my calf muscle 3 years ago… & filled with doubts in regards the future of running.

Today I came and dealt. It was hard.

But as always worth it.

Running is something we must know how to do… for various reasons, outside the sport arena.

CrossFit IS the best method I have encountered as an athlete and as a human being, & I truly hope it will stay around forever ♾️ .

🧲EGO IS NOT YOUR FRIEND 👀

It can protect you sometimes,
But most of the time it blocks you
From progress
From love
From yourself
& from your people.

I am not good (yet) in rope climb 🧗 but at least I overcome my ego and try instead of avoiding it.

Now I share it also, for you to be inspired to do the same.

Work on your weaknesses - it’s the only way to make them your strengths.
