Thank you to the Hispanic Caucus of the North Carolina Democratic Party for hosting an incredible kickoff to Hispanic Heritage Month!

As NC Secretary of State Elaine Marshall reminded us tonight: “The Democratic Party is better because you’re a part of it. The state is better because you’re a part of it. You are essential to our success…our diversity is our strength.”

That strength is on full display this fall, with a record number of Latino candidates on the ballot across North Carolina. Tonight was a joyful celebration of culture, community, and the growing Latino leadership making our party, and our state, stronger. 💙 taken in North Carolina by @hispanicdemsnc
