I was packing panic into boxes.

Orders due the next morning, warehouse run, packing all night — and somewhere around the second package I realised whoever opened it would feel exactly the energy I’d sealed in there.

So I printed Little Breathers instead. One in every package.

Same two hours of work. Completely different night.

There is never a reason to make another human being feel small.

Kindness is actually a superpower- in business and in life.
You can be powerful without needing to prove it.

A real Tuesday running two companies.
Everyone’s doing the hustle — the back-to-back days, the meetings that run over, the lunch you didn’t get to. And everyone will tell you the fix is to push harder.
Nobody tells you the actual thing: it was never about doing more. It’s being able to sit still at the end of a day like that.
That’s the part that gets me through it.

Two companies, and I’m posting the real economics of both.

What things cost. What they returned. Which decisions paid off, which didn’t, and what I know now that I didn’t then.

If you’re building something in this category, this is the account I wish had existed.
