Can’t believe it’s been one year since @getbetterrecords released our album A DOG A DEER A SEAL into the whirled. 🌎🌀

We are so thankful to @alex_licktenhour and all our rad co-collaborators, friends, and family. 💜

If you’d still like to grip a copy of the LP before they’re all gone, or some merch, we’re donating 10% of sales to the ACLU from now til December 13th.

A Dog, A Deer, A Seal
Let’s make a deal
Let’s make a deal
Let’s make a deal
Let’s make a deal

Three in a hole
One down below
Let’s make a deal
Let’s make a deal

When down is up
When down is up
All roads will end
Let’s make a deal

Let’s make a deal
Let’s make a deal
Let’s make a deal
Let’s make a deal

There are disparate parts of a zero sum game
Fools and tools all the same
Angles in America

You got unbridled wealth in a cardboard box

A dog a deer a seal
A dog a deer a seal
A dog a deer a seal
A dog a deer a seal

Before I was a bishop I was an elephant
Before I was an elephant I was a bishop
Nature delivered from sin
Salvation through reformation

Lines drawn into bars
Cages for children
A millionaire is not a servant
We’re stepping on the backs of justice

@bandcamp Friday, y’all. 📆

Been thinking about the legacy of punk as protest music and creative change catalyst - and not unnecessarily feeding into the internet echo chamber. It’s an imperfect balancing act.✊🏽✊🏾✊🏿 🕊️

But, super grateful for community, friends, family, music heads, local radio, independent record stores, and of course @getbetterrecords for making A DOG A DEER A SEAL happen this year. 🙏🏽✨💿

You can grip one via Bandcamp with musicians getting as close to 100% as capitalism allows, or directly from the fine folx at @getbetterrecords. 🏳️‍🌈

Thank you.
