Had a wonderful interactive session with these young U-16 and U-19 players about their physical preparation!

A sport like cricket demands technical, tactical, and physical preparedness to be at the top level. While technical and tactical skills are regularly sharpened throughout a player’s career, physical preparation usually gets neglected or remains less emphasised.

Grateful to @gcamotera for allowing me this opportunity to shape these young talents and continue to the game that has been at the core of my heart! ♥️ taken in Ahmedabad, India by @hiteshmajmudar

Manipur under-19 player singing a cheerful song in the ZCA camp at Salem. He doesn’t understand Hindi... But sings superbly.
