Building middle blockers is something that we do on a consistent basis. Being able to make your athlete more dynamic is in our game plan.

@sami.mau2030 is a ninth grade athlete who wanted to make varsity as a freshman, and she was able to achieve that by making sure that her technique and her IQ were on point.

Every time @ellaa.rowe steps into the @cpafacility , she comes to improve her game. She is a thunderous offensive player. She is a quick and fluid lateral blocker… And she is an athlete who is not only gonna continue to have success at the current level (12th grade).
