Importance of mechanics in swing. Understanding key body movements. Note, these top hitters have been with me for few months. The process of understanding does not come over night. Hard work, dedication and the athletic ability to understand how the body generates power. Being able to stretch the major muscles (Core) in the body to create separation and power. If interested in lessons please feel free to DM me. by @hitting_factory_

Xavier Lemus from Hesperia CA class of 2029 showing good technique comparable to Tyler Ward. Hard work and dedication to hitting is a big plus when doing drills we’ve worked on so hard. Discipline beats motivation any day! #hittinginstruction by @hitting_factory_

San Antonio Missions @mcastanon3 (San Diego Padres AA affiliate) showing great form in this at bat. Barrel on plain of the pitch and remaining connected at point of contact. Body sitting back at angle to create lift as ball approaches. Being on plain of the pitch allows for barrel to be in hitting zone longer and whether he’s late or early he will make contact. Great look @mcastanon3 by @hitting_factory_

@logan_pfenning on his 7th day of hitting program. Showing close similarities to Guerrero Jr. Lots of upside to him. Switch hitting catcher with Projectable strength. If you’re getting ready to attend showcases this summer and fall don’t wait till then. Send me a DM for availability and pricing on my 7 day hitting program. Come and learn how to catch the eyes of scouts and college recruiters. by @hitting_factory_
