𝐅𝐮𝐥𝐥 𝐁𝐨𝐝𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐞𝐭 w/ pro athlete Mariah Toussaint

Every adjustment, movement assessment, and biomechanical correction in this session had one goal: helping her move efficiently, generate force, and compete with confidence.

This is what I call the 𝗙𝘂𝗹𝗹 𝗕𝗼𝗱𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗲𝘁 —a comprehensive sports chiropractic session designed to optimize the way your body moves, recovers, and performs.

Whether you’re preparing for competition, training for your next PR, or simply want to move without unnecessary restrictions, your body deserves the same level of care.

🇩🇲 Wishing Mariah and Team Dominica the very best as they compete in the Central American & Caribbean Games this week!

Ready to experience your own Full Body Reset?
Visit the link in my bio or head to www.HJSportSpine.com to book your session.

Blessed to connect with the local community at Reveal Church’s Back To School / Health Fair talking all things health, alignment, and performance.
Big thanks to Pastor Ivan Ross, his family, and congregation for the warm welcome. 🙌🏾 And shoutout to Pastor Ivan for getting his FIRST-ever chiropractic adjustment on the table! Don’t be surprised if he has a message about ALIGNMENT soon! 👀😂🙏🏾✨

𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐡𝐞𝐚𝐥𝐭𝐡 𝐥𝐨𝐨𝐤𝐬 𝐥𝐢𝐤𝐞! 🥇🇺🇸🔥
Big shoutout to @runner4lyfe08 for winning gold in the 400meters at the USATF Masters Championships this past weekend! I respect this accomplishment so much because for 1, I’m not running nobodies 400m and 2, especially at 56 yrs old! Men like him take away all the excuses we may have for why we aren’t prioritizing our health and fitness. Even if we aren’t competing at the highest levels, know that it’s possible to continue working on yourself! Your family and your internal self will thank you for the investment! 💪🏽 Shoutout to his teammate Stephen Robinson (55) also for following up with a silver medal! Excited for what you’ll do at World Champs when it’s time! 🫡🇺🇸

Got to coach up 200+ athletes on the biomechanics of speed and efficiency. If you want to play at the next level, you have to move like it. 📈
Shoutout to the Hillgrove Hawks—6 active NFL players (most of any school in GA!) is no joke. The future is looking scary good. 🦅

“Chiropractor (n.): The first person you see after saying ‘hold my drink and watch this.’” 😂
Jokes aside, when it comes to elite performance, we don’t leave anything to chance. Keeping your body aligned and your mobility on point is what takes you from overseas competitions straight to a new PR. @hurdlequeen_ambam currently holds the 17th best time in THE WORLD! 🌎 0.01 secs from a NEW PR! Send love and well wishes her way as she continues to better her bests! 🙏🏾👏👏
Don’t wait until you need a “hold my drink” moment to see us. Lock in your adjustments and keep your training on track!
