From my understanding, a spirit of excellence is a mindset of integrity, diligence, and high-quality work rooted in the biblical example of Daniel. It describes an inner commitment to go beyond mediocrity, prioritizing character and service over mere outward success.
•
At its heart, a spirit of excellence is an inner disposition that leads to outward action. It is the drive to perform at the highest possible standard, regardless of who is watching, often fueled by the belief that one is working for a higher purpose (God) rather than for human approval.
•
In the context of the biblical examples, “inner disposition” is often swapped for “heart” or “spirit.” While “attitude” might be seen as a choice you make each morning, a “disposition” or “spirit” is viewed as a deeper, more permanent part of who you are—the wellspring from which your actions flow.
•
Whether you’re actively chasing a goal or celebrating the attainment of one, be sure to give God the glory, keep Him involved and put your best foot forward in the direction that God is leading you in. It’s the ultimate recipe for success & excellence. 💯✨

𝐅𝐮𝐥𝐥 𝐁𝐨𝐝𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐞𝐭 w/ pro athlete Mariah Toussaint

Every adjustment, movement assessment, and biomechanical correction in this session had one goal: helping her move efficiently, generate force, and compete with confidence.

This is what I call the 𝗙𝘂𝗹𝗹 𝗕𝗼𝗱𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗲𝘁 —a comprehensive sports chiropractic session designed to optimize the way your body moves, recovers, and performs.

Whether you’re preparing for competition, training for your next PR, or simply want to move without unnecessary restrictions, your body deserves the same level of care.

🇩🇲 Wishing Mariah and Team Dominica the very best as they compete in the Central American & Caribbean Games this week!

Blessed to connect with the local community at Reveal Church’s Back To School / Health Fair talking all things health, alignment, and performance.
Big thanks to Pastor Ivan Ross, his family, and congregation for the warm welcome. 🙌🏾 And shoutout to Pastor Ivan for getting his FIRST-ever chiropractic adjustment on the table! Don’t be surprised if he has a message about ALIGNMENT soon! 👀😂🙏🏾✨

Big shoutout to @runner4lyfe08 for winning gold in the 400meters at the USATF Masters Championships this past weekend! I respect this accomplishment so much because for 1, I’m not running nobodies 400m and 2, especially at 56 yrs old! Men like him take away all the excuses we may have for why we aren’t prioritizing our health and fitness. Even if we aren’t competing at the highest levels, know that it’s possible to continue working on yourself! Your family and your internal self will thank you for the investment! 💪🏽 Shoutout to his teammate Stephen Robinson (55) also for following up with a silver medal! Excited for what you’ll do at World Champs when it’s time! 🫡🇺🇸

Teamed up with the @d1trainingwestcobb squad to drop some major movement keys at the Evan Engram Skills Camp!
Got to coach up 200+ athletes on the biomechanics of speed and efficiency. If you want to play at the next level, you have to move like it. 📈
Shoutout to the Hillgrove Hawks—6 active NFL players (most of any school in GA!) is no joke. The future is looking scary good. 🦅
Wishing the Hawks a healthy and successful season! You’ve got NFL pros, D1 Training, and an Olympic sports chiro in your corner. Let’s ride! 💪🏆
